My friends phone stopped working. We went to EE and within about 15min it sorted. Great staff who knew there stuff!

I took out a contract which I was told was discounted because was changing from pay as you go to contract, only to have the full amount taken off of my banking account. When I queried this I was told it would be rectified, which it has not. I've emailed twice and requested clarity and nothing. Such appalling service

Tried to flog me broadband when all I wanted was a new phone. Had been due a free upgrade for 2 years but was told I would have to pay more for less data allowance. Some upgrade... Happy with new phone but customer loyalty apparently not rewarded

Nice staff but was very disappointed that I was not informed correctly about the contents of my contract.I have recently moved back to the UK from abroad so was only eligible for s sim access contract with 20gb. I discussed in length with the shop manager that listening to music was very important to me and he assured me that with this contract, I would still get 6 months of apple music with the data on e-e. He even wrote down the instructions for me.When I got home I tried to obtain apple music but was told that this is not included in that package. I got in touch with the store and they said they would get back to me when they have an answer but I have still not heard back from them and they are not picking up the phone.I would understand if nothing can be done to add this to my contract, but would have liked to be fully informed before making a decision over which provider was best for me.IF I HAD KNOWN IN ADVANCE, I WOULD HAVE GONE TO ANOTHER PROVIDER.

I had just signed up to a different network provider, and after going in there for something else, through some chit chat, he realised that EE could offer me a way better deal for my broadband and honestly saved the day! I wasn't happy with what I'd just signed, and he saw that and helped me out massively. All of the staff were super cheerful and helpful, but a massive thanks to Simon for helping us. He clearly knew what he was talking about and very quickly saved the day.

Nice place to go if you want to pay over the odds for a phone, Iphone 13 £45/month 50gb data, £70 upfront. Ringing EE you could get a better deal, but unfortunately on this occasion I had to get one there and then.
