There was the time when I got bored of recruiters calling me and to me it seemed like talking to robots or for their own training, and I decided not to entertain anymore recruiters over the phone till On one lovely morning a striking lady called Tara Rubbani called and magic began . I got an impression that someone is there to help me getting the right job at the right time ,the way she motivated me was exceptional . Her inspirational personality was a key factor for me in finding a job . I had an interview in which I didn’t succeed , was a bit heart broken .She discussed about my weaknesses in such a constructive way after my failure in one interview that it boosted up my confidence big time . For the following interview I had all those points in my head and I appeared for the interview with greater confidence and achieved a better position with in IT sector . I can’t stress enough on how much dedicated and inspiring Tara Rubbani is when it comes to encouraging the candidates and shaping them with positive energy and vibes . Tara Rubbani is an asset for Cherry Professionals . I wish she stay alive for very long time so that candidates like myself keep getting great advise and moral support in securing better jobs .
