We are redirected here from Children A&E and it’s a joint queue for adults and children, even in late hours. It takes hours even when it’s just a few people in there.

Short wait times but the totally nonchalant (albeit friendly) doctor didn’t listen, ignored vital background information and just wanted to get rid of me ASAP with a rushed prescription that I know should have been avoided in my case (per previous doctors). Subsequent worsening of symptoms.

Filthy place. 4-5h wait but that doesn’t mean you guys cannot have the place cleaned regularly. Disgusting. Where do our money taxes go?

Disgusting service. 7 hours spent in a queue. They barely move, to slow, spent 7 hours and didn’t even get any treatment, should have better stayed at home in bed .Black nurse was taking blood and tightened tourniquet too tight it was hurting me, I asked to make it less tight and she walked away with attitude and didn’t take blood, sent another nurse. Horrible behaviour.

The worst place to be, they aren’t prioritising pregnant women! That’s like committing a murder.

Absolutely disgusting! The worst hospital I’ve been to in my life. Yesterday, I went because I was suffering from the worst food poisoning and was in extreme pain (vomiting, dizziness, diarrhea, stomach pain, severe acidity). It seems that the staff failed to acknowledge my pain and wanted to believe what they wanted to hear. They told me to wait despite my bad condition. Though, despite giving me a pill and getting a urine test, those working were very rude and truly seemed to have failed to have any understanding towards my situation. Moreover, if there was an option to not give any star or a negative 5, I would’ve gave them that. I also would request that they be more understanding towards situations and pain, and not act like they want to hear what they only want to hear. I also urge they give a better attitude and be more considerate towards situations whether it’s me or someone else. Furthermore, I’m very disgusted from this hospital and what they did is not human nor acceptable!

I went for a hand injury at 4am Sunday. All the staff I interacted with were super helpful, including the receptionists, nurses and doctors. After about 2.5 hours waiting time and about half an hour of blood pressure testing, diagnosis and treatment, I was able to leave the hospital at 7am. A warm experience.
