Great service received - we had no hot water and were seen the same day I called for help. Issue was identified, and fixed the next day once the part was available. Extremely reasonable charges so will definitely be calling back with any issues in the future. Highly recommended.

A major disappointment, plumbing still not working correctly 1.5 years after finishing £1200 of work, radiators get hot when it's just the hot water that is turned on!!They've been back several times, scratched their heads and tried different things but still not working.Dealing with Dan is a nightmare. He makes promises which he does not keep, he does not return calls and ignores texts.They are nice enough people when they do come back but I would not recommend them due to quality of work and lack of responsiveness.I wish I had not paid them fully.

Dan was really helpful even during his time off when he had a lot going on outside of work and helped fix my emergency. Will definitely use DW again, highly recommended.
