Although supposed to be open 24 hours it was closed on Tuesday morning at 5am 21/3/23. Led me to be charged fueling fee by hire car company of £120 whereas I'd estimate it should have taken about £65 of fuel if I'd have been able to fill up here myself.Didn't have time to go looking for next nearest 24hr fuel station which is miles away.All the lights were off, including in the shop and there was no sign of anyone. It's not like they were closed for a fuel delivery.There was no signage saying how long they would be closed for or why they were closed.I should have (and will be in the future) have made my way to a more reliable fuel station on the way to the airport.I'd recommend other people do the same.

I got £56.78 of petrol, went in to pay, approached the angry old woman on the till and presented my shell fuel card code that she can scan so that I can claim my rewards. She looked at me angrily and asked what it is that I want. To my shock and surprise I had to answer that I would like to scan my rewards card and pay for my fuel, aldough it was obvious, never had that issue at other shell stations as staff have always been professional and polite, she then started to shout at me asking which pump. I felt threatened and had to ask the lady on the left to process my payment as the other one seemed to be really irritated with my presence. Due to that person's attitude I'll avoid that place from now on and advise anyone to do the same.

Awful place, landed at Bristol Airport at 11pm at night on 25th August to a flat tyre (our car doesn'thave a spare), this garage was the nearest 24 hour. Staff member (male) refused to let us use the air to pump up our tyre. Awful customer service & attitude. Avoid!

Just rung with a general enquiry and staff member was very helpful and knowledgeable.

When my car wouldn't restart after having to stop to feed my 6 week old baby, I was amazed that the lady refused to help me even though I had the spark leads and explained I know exactly what I'm doing. There was absolutely no Christmas cheer here.Don't go here expecting a smile.

Staff always great. It's now a weekly ritual for me and my daughter to get a drink and snacks as I take her to spend a couple of hours at the airport so she can watch the planes.

Called at the garage asked to use toilet as i suffer with crohn's, and was refused, they said they had no toilets, 24hours opening so where do staff go to toilet if there isn't one. Not very healthy.

6:25 Monday morning and it is NOT OPEN for anything!I only wanted a coffee not even fuel.There is a guy here I assume a staff snd he said they waiting for staff.Apparently it is open 24/7 h ????

It's embarrassing this guy on the night shift looks like he is not happy with his job, first he was rude, Ill-mannered, when I ask for one coffee he just tur around and make coffee without asking what coffee, after that he almost troll the coffee without any sugar or etc please shell chose your employee better, today you lose one client :)
