Monklands Dental Practice

I have been attending Monklands Dental Practice since November 2022. I went along on the recommendation from others. I have been totally at ease with the Dentist and he has listened to me and treated me with the utmost respect. I am delighted with my treatment and the service from the Dentist as well as the customer service from the Reception Staff has far exceeded my expectations. I have a hearing issue and have found all staff go out their way to explain anything to me and go over anything I'm not really hearing. I would certainly recommend this Practice to anyone who is looking to join the practice.Patsy Sweeney

My name is Sharon Downie and I felt that this Dental Practice deserved this review. The practice itself is now bright and welcoming when you enter and I immediately noticed how nice and down to earth the Receptionist was; as she is the first port of call for the practice, I was impressed and happy with her. She was cheerful and put hme first even though I couldj see that she was busy. Most practices will not give you the time of day now if you want to be a new patient as they are overwhelmed but this place went out their way to help. The actual dentist was lovely and genuinely appeared to care about me and instead of rushing me out when finished he took time to listen to my questions. He made me feel at ease. Finally the dental assistant was also lovely and acknowledged me. Great dental practice all round.

Highly recommend this practice both myself and daughters are registered. All of the staff are so welcoming & polite.I have always had a huge fear of the dentist and I never thought I would say this but since I joined last year the fear has totally gone thanks to Vikas and his team. They make you feel so comfortable and at ease, for someone who was terrified of the dentist I feel that much at ease I’ve allowed major work to be carried out and each time it was stress and pain free. Can’t thank the team enough so glad I joined this practise!

Dr. Sharda is accommodating, will see you if possible at short notice and really an all rounded lovely man.The reception staff are polite and nothing is too much for them; I’m so pleased that I joined this practise a few years ago. Thank you all.

Like most people I am quite apprehensive about attending the Dentist but that was not an issue here. Made to feel at ease and everything explain .

Immaculate premises, appointments punctual, reception & clinical staff all thoroughly professional, welcoming & accommodating to a fault. Can't express adequately how exceptional & efficient this practice is. If Carlsberg made dental surgeries.............
