I am writing to you to let you know how impressed we were with the driver. He was absolutely fantastic. He was here earlier than we expected, was very welcoming and knowledgeable, fantastic with the children and generally very helpful. We had a a really good day out. People are often quick to complain but rarely compliment.I thought you should know what a credit he is to your company, when we use you again I hope we have him as our driver. Please pass on our thanks to him.

Failed to pick up 4 kids for Runshaw college this morning at Kidsgrove (Cottam/ Ingol stop), service 958. Driver, you know who you are, you shouldn't be on the road, as by all accounts despite them all putting out their arms, you failed to stop because you were driving too fast (and no doubt failed to see them, because your mind was elsewhere). Mr Nuttall the Transport Manager is far too important to deal with a complaint from a concerned parent, why, oh why, have Runshaw selected these cowboys, to run college services?

Very friendly and helpful on the phone from the moment I rang to make inquiry, to booking and payment. The driver Stephen was friendly & helpful, very clean coach, comfortable. His driving was excellent and we Arrived on time for the 1st race. The whole experience was 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. Will definitely be using Redline Travel again and will recommend to family, friends etc.Thank you for an excellent night out

The driver we encountered today did not understand that a car waiting behind his coach (which had stopped in the road for no obvious reason) could not see his arm waving out of the window, gesturing for us to drive past. Instead he got out and was extremely rude to us. Cannot recommend this company if they employ such unpleasant and ignorant drivers.

Made a complaint after one of their professional" drivers nearly knocked me off my motorcycle and then proceeded to argue with me about how it's my fault that he didn't use his mirrors before changing lanes.Sent multiple complaints

Pass a message on to the driver behind me on Pall Mall. If I don't think it's safe to overtake a bus when there is on coming traffic I wont.No matter how many times he beeps at me. Absolute idiot. The bus pulled out a second after the driver of the coach beeped at me so it would have caused an accident. Maybe he should manage his time better if he is late

We have used Redline Travel now for over 10 years for all of the transportation needs for our Scout trips, and we couldn't recommend them enough. Drivers friendly, vehicles are always clean and presentable, great value for money too!!

Ignorant driver parked blocking the exit of the norbreck castle this morning despite coach parking available. Asked driver politely if he could move up a few inches to allow us access and he rudely refused. Hotel getting busy with check outs, I imagine his attitude will put alot of people off using this company. Not a good advertisement
