Best fudge I've ever had! The candied nuts are also so good. Service is always good here too.

The Highland Cream is the best fudge i’ve ever had in my life. I came to try tablet for the first time, but nobody should leave here without trying the Highland Cream. I wish I was still in Scotland to try more flavors.

This place is heaven for fudge lovers. I often find fudge too sickly but these are not too sweet, soft and buttery. They have an excellent selection of different fudges to choose from and the slices you can buy are fairly substantial. We went with a box of 6. We opted for Italian nougat, chocolate peppermint, white chocolate and pistachio, rocky road, pecan swirl and flaky coconut. All of them were excellent with their unique flavours. None of them were overpowering and you always got their standard, high quality, fudge taste in all bites. We also got the fudge tea because I was very intrigued. Unfortunately, it wasn’t anything to rave about. Not my favourite to be honest. The shop is very clean and I love how there is an open kitchen so you can see the fudge being made. Staff were also quite friendly.

The best fudge makers in the town. They make some tasty judges. I'm a big fan of the Rum and Raisin fudge. Customer service is also great here and I would recommend everyone who likes sweet confectionaries to visit Fudge House when they visit Edinburgh.

A little slice of heaven on Edinburgh’s Royal Mile - I am so sorry for everyone who has not experienced this fudge. This business has been open and running since 1949, a local family-owned artisanal fudge shop with the most spectacular range of flavours and other non-fudge products. The interior is beautiful (and wildly Instagrammable) and the staff are kind and helpful in assisting you with the dizzying amount of fudge they have. This fudge is soft and almost delicate in flavour, sweet but not processed, and slightly creamy. I prefer this so much more to the sticky fudge that tastes like acidic table sugar. Their boxes of 6 and 10 are so cute and perfect to give as favours or gifts, many people purchasing numerous boxes to give to their loved ones back home as a souvenir. Locals and tourists pop by the shop if they’re in the area, and they even ship to the US! One of Edinburgh’s many tiny gems - I genuinely cannot recommend the Fudge House enough as I have already been back for more. (And more… and more…)

Awesome and delicious Fudge! Much better than the one I had at the Borough Market in London. Bought a box of 6 from the super friendly staff at the counter.

One of the best fudge I've tried so far. If you're visiting Edinburgh for the first time, it's a must try. Add it to your to-do list NOW.All fudge flavours are extremely delicious and freshly made. They also have a nice selection of fudge themed sweets. One of the highlights were the fudge coated nuts and fudge hot chocolate mix.If you find yourself wondering, if you should get another box, don't make the same mistake I did. Get it. As unfortunately at the moment, they do not ship everywhere in the world.

I visited The Fudge House of Edinburgh on Canongate taking walk from the Castle which brings back some good memories down to experience the amazing different types of fudge on offer. There are lots of options and you can pick up an amazing box of various delicious flavours and take them home or eat them on the move. The fudge shop has seen three generations running the shop and the experience in make delicious fudge has made the shop one of the best places to visit when coming to Edinburgh.Watching the staff making the fudge and packing the fudge in front of you with the passion of making the customer enjoy the experience of testing real fudge. The customer service is friendly, considerate, and helpful in selecting the different types of fudge on offer.I would highly recommend paying a visit if you are in the area. Thankyou The Fudge House of Edinburgh for the delicious fudge I had.

yummy fudge very kind friendly staff. they had samples to try so that was lovely. you can also watch them cut the fudge! can be a bit pricey but definitely worth the ££. the off-cut variety pack is good if you can't pick or if you only have £4.50 to spend!
