Really nice place to buy cigars they have a big variety of cigars, pipes, definitely will go back.

The Mrs popped in while in town and picked me up two random ones she picked and a great robusto Alec Bradley thelineage great quality and she says exemplary service I’ve smoked the two other but will be keeping this one for a nice day

Stood waiting outside for place to open earlier today as stated on the Easter opening times on the door, don't know if it did later in the day but I eventually gave up as I had a train to catch and there were no signs of life on the inside. Disappointing.

Always a great experience either in the store or on the website. Popped in last week with my son to get a couple of cigars. As usual a great range or Cuban and new world to choose from. We smoked them in their lounge and were really looked after by the young lad. Even though young he was really knowledgeable on the subject of cigars, pipes and whisky’s. He was extremely friendly and helpful and made us a cracking cup of coffee. Went again this week with a mate and unfortunately due to the latest covid restrictions the lounge was closed. We had a good chat with the staff member and was disappointed and angry to find out how he had been treated by ignorant people refusing to wear masks. I can’t wait to visit the shop and lounge again once these restrictions are lifted. In the mean time I will be ordering many more from them online as never disappointed in the quality and speed of delivery. Cheers guys and keep up the outstanding service.

Very good selection, staff are very knowledgeable

Great selection of cigars sold by a willing and friendly staff. This all supported by a wide ranging knowledge of cigars sold. If you are a serious cigar smoker then this is the place to go. I have used them both here and at Carlisle over the past 5 years and have yet to be disappointed.

I don’t recommend, this is not a cigar shop because cigar are keeping in bad condition, also they have only few types of cigars , you have to choose from what they have because what you want you will not find there , also staff are uninformed what cigars .

The selection here is great and the staff are quite knowledgeable, but also come off quite rude and somewhat patronising. I'm likely to start using online retailers more often, purely based on a few interactions with staff. If they could sort their attitudes out I'd rate higher. But over the few years I've been going, I've never felt valued as a customer.

Brilliant cigar shop in my opinion. The cigars I have had over the years have all been provided in impeccable condition and seemingly from 1st class batches. I have had problems with other online retailers over the years but very rarely here. Any slight issues have been rectified immediately. Lads in the shop have been super helpful. Online prices are competitive, slightly high in-store prices which is fair enough. Highly recommend this place.
