They were not professional and had trash customer service and care. Couldn't provide a receipt and proceeded to write on a post in place of one. They cut me doing a basic manicure so now I have a bloody finger and all in all it felt rushed. Will never be going here again and advise others to steer clear.If I could give 0 stars I would've

I got a gel manicure on the Saturday. It had chipped on multiple fingers by the Wednesday. I went back the following Saturday to get them taken off (which they did for free). However, whatever they have done has left my nails brittle, broken and essentially so damaged I need them to completely grow out before I can get another manicure again (somewhere else obviously).

Amazing friendly staff, really helpful in deciding the best option for my nails to help keep them strong but still be my natural nails. The lady do my pedicure so good, I was enjoying it. Very much looking forward to returning for my next appointment in 3 weeks time. Highly recommended
