Usually a great service in here, but the apprentice isn't fit to be cutting hair. The lad cutting my hair didn't listen to what I asked for, seemed completely uninterested and gave me possibly the worst haircut/fade I've ever had. If they want an apprentice in shop they should be offering free haircuts, not charging the same amount as the senior barbers.£15 for a haircut from an apprentice barber, absolute f**king robbery!! Mugging off the customers!!

Can't recommend Richie and his shop highly enough, been going for over a year before having to shave what I might add was a fantastic beard off after being in intensive care with the lurgy or covid for short for three months.First trip back after starting to grow it back and looking like Bob Ross with his head on upside down and Richie has got it looking sweet again.If you can grow a beard get it looked after at OB'S lads.

I've been going there for slightly more than a year now. Honestly one of the best barbers in Newcastle to get your hair cut. Good and clean atmosphere, great service. I do not know what the other 1 star reviewers are saying but the staff and owner, Ricci are great in cutting your hair to your needs and even better to have a chat with. Recommend 10/10

Been in multiple times, all barbers give great trims (I get a fade with quiff on top). Dead friendly and double check exactly what you want before cutting, highly recommend.

First time here and probably the best hair cut and beard trim I've ever had. I will be definitely be coming back. Still going and wouldn't go anywhere else. The banter is top class. Wouldn't go anywhere else for my haircut. Been coming here ever since and still wouldn't go anywhere. Richie and lads are all top barbers.

Pretty poor unfortunately, not sure if the guy was new or what, but he spent ages on the back and sides then about 2 minutes on the top, not checking the haircut as he went. Couldn't tell while I was there as I needed my glasses but when I got home my hair was way longer on one side than the other and the side burns where left long, had to cut them myself. Will be going to another barber to sort it out tomorrow. It's a shame because from the reviews it looks like a decent shop, but I think the owner was away so they must be short on staff at the mo.
