I had an excellent experience choosing bridesmaid dresses with Sam! Sam was super helpful and friendly, and a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend Sam to anyone looking to buy a wedding dress or bridesmaid dresses!

I bought my dress on Saturday. From the second I arrived, I felt comfortable and listened to. Zoe was amazing! She sat and listened to me and wanted a clear picture of our wedding day. Zoe was patient as I had no idea what I wanted. She then came back with 5 dresses in varied styles, one of which was THE DRESS. She didn't rush me and was very professional when I was very indecisive. Finally, she listened to every little bit of information I had given her, made me look at the floor and recited it back to me making me an emotional wreck! I had a relaxing and positive experience choosing my wedding dress and I would recommend this place to everyone! Thanks so much!

I walked in here a few weeks ago, having never stepped foot into a bridal shop. I thought I had an idea of what I wanted from their website and was pleased to say I found those dresses in the shop to try on.I was very nervous, but was put at ease straight away by the staff, but mostly down to Sam. She was friendly, warm and helpful and gave me the confidence to try a dress on that I would never of dreamt of looking at and I loved it! The whole experience was so easy, very relaxed and I am happy to say I left with a beautiful dress.I would definitely recommend to any bride to be!

I went with my extremely anxious, body conscious, totally out of her comfort zone daughter and baby granddaughter. We were immediately put at ease. There was no pressure to buy and the ladies Yanina, Sam and Kathleen were all lovely and down to earth. (even babyminding when I went to move the car). This was the first shop where she had tried dresses on and we ended up coming away with the dress and all the accessories, storage boxes, hangers etc for half the price of a dress at other shops. My daughter felt so at ease and came away feeling like a princess. She was so happy that the ladies were so discreet, no one sees you in your undies (just in case anyone's worried about that). Happy daughter, happy mum. Thank you ladies. I would definitely recommend the Fleetwood branch of this shop. I don't want to add a photo yet, so no one sees the dress, but we will next year, after the wedding.

I came to the shop today to find a wedding dress,I honestly can say I’m a bigger girl an the anxiety I had about this was enormous. From the minute I walked In that fear eased. The staff were incredible an I was treated so wonderfully. They listened to what I didn’t want an brought me dresses to suit me, nothing was too much trouble and we left with a dress!Jaydean served me she made me comfortable and happy an it was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had I will remember it forever!

Where do I start? It's not a good start as soon as you walk through the door you are met with someone saying oh! Another customer to deal with, I have too many already Everything on the description regarding their shop, dresses and service is false. Think people only go here for the price but I'd rather give another shop my money after todayThe shop is small with very limited choice, there are not hundreds of dresses to choose from. It's not an exciting experience as we were met with the assistants stress and this showed, which is not what you want as this should be a happy exciting time. She kept stressing she would be on her own soon and we could come back another day.. She asked a couple of times which didn't make us feel welcome.. We all thought she was quite rude! If you get stressed from too many people coming in your shop then I suggest you have an appointment system.If you want a good experience I'd book an appointment somewhere else.

Although I didn’t end up buying my dress from WED2B, the ladies during my appointment were absolutely amazing and made me feel like the main event, even though the shop was quite busy. Yanina was just amazing. I hadn’t and haven’t had a dress appointment quite as lovely and relaxed. Thank you so much to the kindest, most patient, sweet ladies who work in the shop, especially Yanina. She was so so wonderful.

We went to the Fleetwood store to buy a wedding dress and we were welcomed by the lovely Sam. She was lovely from start to finish... nothing was too much trouble and she really listened and helped me find what it was I wanted! Couldn't recommend enough! And every girl needs a Sam to help her choose her dress

I visited wed2b in Fleetwood twice and each time I found the staff so friendly and welcoming. I was quite self conscious and apprehensive about seeing myself in a wedding dress as I’m currently on a weight loss journey after having a baby. Once I walked through the doors I instantly felt comfortable and knew I was in safe hands. I wasn’t sure exactly what I was looking for but the wonderful Yanina picked out a gorgeous dress that suited me so well and it ended up being the one! Though I was a little indecisive at first Yanina was so patient and understanding. Thank you Yanina for finding me the dream dress!
