I don’t usually write reviews but I feel I have to. I went to get some fuel on Thursday 16.2.23 around 17:50. The worst customer service by two guys, especially the rude one on the till, was difficult to understand him. My shell app wouldn’t work so he just kept saying use your card and pay, next time next time. I’m not sure what he was referring to. He was pushy for me to finish the transaction and just couldn’t wait for me to go. I’ve managed to get my shell app working to scan my purchase. I could see he wasn’t prepared to help me, he got the other, the taller cashier to come from the back, even though there was a long queue of customers waiting, he leisurely came out, they have spoken to each other in their own language which is rude especially in front of so many customers, which made me feel uncomfortable. The second person was not prepared to help either and then he couldn’t explain why I can’t use the app. I think they both had a really poor customer service and even thought this Shell is convenient for me to use, I’ll not be using it again as I don’t feel these two rude cashiers understand how to treat the customers. I will definitely encourage any of my friends and family not to use this place.

Holy moly, £6 for a tube of toothpaste that Amazon sell for £3 - this is price gouging of an essential

overall a good experience. They re-built it about 6-12 months ago.

Shell Garage on the Basingstoke Road is a handy pit stop. Just before you join Junction 11 this is the last minute fuel stop before travelling the M4. The station itself was recently fully rebuilt. It has an electric charging point and air machines (tip these are behind the actual shop). Inside there are 3 Costa coffee machines along with a good Jamie’s sandwich selection and hot food counter. There is also a decent selection of beer and wine (extra handy in the middle of the night if you have run out of beer!). Obviously delegated driver only never drink and drive. Nice clean store, large forecourt, parking and coffee and food. Also an Amazon locker and a cash machine. Can’t go wrong really.

I had this marked as permanently closed because it has been demolished, but now it says open 24hrs again and has been completely demolished.The photo is the shell website, you can click on the red ones and view the location. The station here is greyed out.

The rudest customer service I ever had. The stuff questioning me am I boy or girl? Really??? How can someone that rude?And because he was busy questioning me, he charged me 2 times...The other week I was getting am I have really licence? How old I am?...I don't know why the stuff need to questioned the customers... Instead of this they could do them job properly.I'm not planning to go back because this is a bit too much questions for getting some petrol....It was today 07.09.2021. Between 12.30-13.00

Clean, large forecourt. Petrol station Shop appears to be closing down or renovated as 90% of the Isles were empty.

I come here often and I can confirm that most of the Indian crew are rude and no customer service and no hygiene- saw some walking around bear-footedAlso, Would you please stop screaming on the speaker in the middle of the night as your neighbours are sleeping !!

Bloke on night shift very rude obviously doesn't like his job, probably thought he would have an easy time not suited to working with the public. Otherwise handy shop I work nights so very convenient if staff were friendly 5 stars.Went to station again on my lunch break and the person on shift same person as last time said the shop was closed 3 people waiting for petrol if the shop is not open 24hrs then you should state the opening hours I wasted my lunch break to use your shop and being turned away so worked an 8 hour night shift with no lunch when I could of gone to McDonald's for half the price and someone who wanted to serve me, will never use you again zero stars.
