Silverdale

The ladies at Silverdale were wonderful! I had a particularly tricky engagement ring that my other half had chosen but was difficult to find a matching ring. Helen and Emma went above and beyond and had a ring custom made to a really high quality. Over the moon! (I’ve added a picture in the photos)

Absolutely over the moon, I phoned up today and asked if they could repair my watch as I needed it for work tomorow , and despite being closed and also being bank holiday they opened up for me and repaired my watch , can’t thank enough :)

Called in to have a new watch strap fitted, called back 20 minutes later and the watch was ready. Very pleased and a good price

Whenever I go in, I tell the staff what I am looking for and they always come up with a selection of appropriate items to choose from. I often buy birthday presents for my nieces from there and they always help me select the right pieces.I also sent my engagement ring away through them to be stretched and it was perfect and very reasonably priced too.Love this shop and would always recommend it to people.

I had the pleasure of purchasing a beautiful engagement ring for myfiancée through Silverdale.My initial visit originated from a suggestion by my mother who is a longstanding customer of Silverdale and advised that I would likely have anexcellent experience through them.On my first visit, both Helen and Emma took the time to look throughvarious ring magazines to help refine my initial choice for the type ofring I was looking for. Lots of amazing advice was offered prior to anychoice being made and I felt no sales pressure from either person.Unfortunately, as I no longer live in Bedale It was not possible tovisit the store multiple times. Helen however continued contact with methrough email, messages, and phone calls in regards to my choices. Shetook the time to set up a Pinterest board which I propagated with ringsI liked, and was able to match one of the rings to my budget.The ring that I chose was unfortunately only offered in white gold,however Helen was able to get in contact with the makers and organisethat custom made ring in yellow gold for a fantastic price!Time was taken throughout the process to select a stone which both fitmy budget and preference. I at no point felt any pressure to say if Ididn't like something, and Helen went above and beyond to procure astone that was perfect.Between the initial purchase of the ring by Helen and picking it up Iwas able to pay in custom instalments that best suit me.The final product was far better than I could ever have hoped for and Ihave one incredibly happy fiancée because of it.I couldn’t recommend a better Jewellers!

Stopped in Bedale on the way home from holiday. What a lovely place and so happy to have found Silverdale Jewellers! I have large hands and find it difficult to get the style of rings I like. The lady who served us was extremely helpful and I was amazed that I actually had a choice! My husband also bought a leather and stainless steel bracelet which he is very pleased with. We will definitely return.
