Notting Hill Pet Pavilion

Celia is a fab groomer with so much patience and kindness for our 13 year old poodle who loves her. Eymie in the store is the helpful and cheerful and always has a treat and a cuddle for Harry when we visit. A wondeful team. Highly recommend.

Prices are astronomical. I was passing by and wanted to see if I could buy some of my dogs treats (nature's menu, beef treats) priced at £2.19 in pets at home and between £2.49 and £2.99 in independent pet shops. They were £5.49 in the store. Unbelievable. More than double the price. I refused to buy them out of principle. Disgusting to rip.customers off this way.

Wilson loves going into Pet Pavilion, he gets his hair cut, nails clipped and they just love him especially Celia who grooms him. This shop is a hidden gem in the heart of Kensington. Great, friendly service and the staff are very knowledgeable too.

Saya is shopping and getting pampered by Celia and Eymie for the last 4 years at Pet Pavillion Church Street. The girls and Huw are so nice and experienced with dogs also nice friendly faces to see every time you visit!

What a great place ! I wish my dog could write. She would give it ten stars. Evie loves to get her grooming done at Pet Pavilion. I do not think she appreciate her look as much as we do, but she clearly feels love and care.

Finally management that care!I have been shopping with Pet Pavilion for about five years and unfortunately the constant changes in staff has not always had a positive response with the dog community in Notting Hill.Alice is the talk of the park, she’s wonderfully helpful and knows her stuff!Nothing is too big of an ask for her- which is really refreshing from the previous management.Benedette did a fantastic groom on Archie who has always been a little difficult but she managed and did a fantastic job! Very pleased with the service!

Relatively small pet shop but there’s a fair choice of treats, toys, some dog food. Nice and friendly staff

Today was the first time I went to this special place and it was an exceptional experience!!! Blessed beyond professionalism, she made My Geneva feel like a Queen and gave her a renewal and an incomparable love. I can't wait to return with my Beloved. Thank God these places exist with angels who take care of our dear jewels. Thank you Benedetta. You are great and special.

We’ve had the most incredible experience with Benedetta, aka Bella! She is absolutely lovely and the BEST groomer we’ve ever had. She’s wonderful (and so fun) to work with, extremely professional, always listens to specifics of what’s going on with our Moo and what “style” i’m requesting, cares so deeply for ALL her pups, and is really quick and efficient. I truly can’t say enough great things about her. She always fits us in too, even when I request last minute :)Aside from being fabulous at what she does, she’s totally next level in how she loves and respects all the dogs. She cares so much and has such a special bond with them! It’s really special.I love to her pieces and highly recommend her to anyone & everyone. She’s simply the best.
