Really pleased with my whole experience at Red Kite, from initial enquiry to MTB purchase in the shop.The service felt personal and tailored.Red Kite were one of the few shops to have stock of the bike I wanted. So kudos to them for managing their warehouse well!

I bought a Trek Domane in June last year from Red Kite Cycles as they were the only one in the UK that had one. I live on the south coast so drove up to collect it. I subsequently had an issue with the front Isospeed unit, which, on inspection became an issue with the frame. The guys at Red Kite got me to send photos of the issue, they immediately contacted Trek, who agreed to a replacement frame, the new model without the front Isospeed unit. Red Kite arranged for the delivery, booked a workshop day out for the old frame to be removed and a rebuild with the new frame. I handed over the bike at 09.30 one morning at it was ready by 3.00pm the same afternoon, complete and looking great. This saved me overnight accommodation costs and ready for me to take on holiday at the beginning of January.A really professional and caring team, providing a great service.CheersGary

I was having trouble getting my tubeless tyre to seat on my wheel so popped in hoping the guys would be able to help. My old tyre was no longer fit for purpose so I had to replace with a new one. Just wanted to say what a great bloke Nick is. Super knowledgeable and went above and beyond to get me back on the road. Will definitely be using again.

Went in today as I needed a new tyre. Staff were friendly, welcoming and very knowledgeable as always. Also had time to replace it for me whilst I waited. Excellent service all round.
