Friendly staff. However auction rules are abit off. Guide prices are atkeast a £100k from the reserve. Second time tried to bid they withdraw from auction just 1 hour before auction. Not good.

Really on the ball here. So nice to deal with and efficient. They got me the figure I asked for , selling a house with a very awkward tenant. Well done Alliah and Ray.

Well, what can i say...Simon gave us great advice from the start and using his wealth of experience and gut feelings, advised and steered us correctly through the auction process, We were initially worried about selling our land at auction as we were total novices, we need not have worried. Sage advice indeed from start, throughout and to completion and have to say myself and my family have enjoyed this whole experience and its something we will always remember and talk about i,m sure. I have been enormously impressed with firstly Shazia with whom I first dealt with at Auction Agent and then Aliah who handled the case later.Both of these women were patient and explained everything extremely clearly to me. Most impressive was their knowledge of the auction market, their advice on how to proceed, how to deal with offers and how to get the best price for me.I have to say that at first I was a bit reluctant to use a smaller agent to sell my property but actually it turns out small is beautiful! They were much more approachable than any agent I've dealt with before, responding to messages out of office hours at one point which I think is fantastic service!I'd definitely use them again if I had anything else to sell.I'd give them 11/10 if that was a thing!

I don't usually leave reviews but selling my house through Simon's Auction was brilliant. It was an easy process and I felt confident with him and how he was dealing with me. He kept in constant contact throughout all the proceedings, from the viewings and offers to the actual auction. I went in with my doubts but after speaking to him and listening to his advice I came out on top and had a brilliant result. Can't thank you all enough for all the hard work put in to make this sale so successful.

Could not fault them, everything explained. Returned calls promptly. Handled everything. Viewings, solicitors. Highly appreciated at this difficult time. Would recommend.
