Has great shops in the area including JD, plenty of food venues also. Has swimming available here at waterworld. Cinema at odeon. Bowling, mini golf, ski slope much more

There are so many businesses down here, along side the marina, its a massive site there's a split shops nearer the flyover and then cinema, ski slope, water world, inflato off further down off Forge way and its going to get bigger with a new junction off the A500 being built
