Found a car on Auto Trader that matched my needs, called the number and was given the address to where the car was. On arrival we were greeted and shown the car and given the details. The guy I dealt with was really nice and helpful. I paid a deposit for the car after deciding it was the one for me. The car was put through an MOT and then a couple of days later I was able to collect the car. Professionally sent an invoice for both deposit and sale of the car. After getting home we realised that the cars Bluetooth wasn't working and the usb/aux wasn't working. I rang up and was told to bring the car back when it was convenient to myself and they would look at it. I took it back the next day and the car was fixed with no problems. All staff are friendly and welcoming. Thank you again as buying a car can be very daunting but you guys made it a breeze.

I have moved to the UK recently and looking for my first car in the UK. I found one matching my needs on Autotrader & visited HKW Car Sales the following day.Haroon is very friendly and he very clearly explained me the process and cleared all the doubts in my mind. A deposit was made to reserve the car on the following day and they delivered the car to my home today.The service is highly professional and reliable. Excellent service from HKW, found a car via auto trader online for my mum and they delivered it to me 3 hours away within 48 hours. Car is as described and we are very happy with it. Would recommend.

I found a car on Autotrader call them and go to the address where I see on Autotrader.All staffs are very friendly and helpful !is my first time to buy a car ,one of the staff Haroon,he is very nice and professional, he answered me all the questions!they help me deliver the car to my home ,next day I found out the side mirror have little problem they ask me bring the car back help me to fix it!I will recommend family and friends to use HKW CAR SALES!!
