Hayley booked us a wonderful trip to Cyprus, she went above and beyond. It was our first time taking our baby away and she ensured that everything ran smoothly. She organised the private transfer to and from the hotel (with car seat) and the cot in our room. We will always come back to Hayley when booking in future!

Personally my favorite travel agents. Always give you the best experience with the best price. Our closest shop is Clacton and the staff there are so lovely, especially the lovely Gina. Plus I love the app, it always works great for me with no issues.

Claire has been recommending holidays to me for a couple of years now and has always assisted me with my bookings in a friendly manner. Claire answers any questions that I have confidently which I highly appreciate. I can recommend Tui Clacton-on-sea for your next holiday!

I contacted my local branch out of desperation, as the on-line travel agency was disgusting in handling my concerns with travel arrangements that had been changed without notification. I was blamed by the on-line staff in choosing my hotel and flight arrangements, when in fact Easy Jet had changed the flight times, my hotel and flights were booked at the same time on the TUI website, the new departure times left me arriving late at the hotel and when the hotel restaurants were closing. This situation left me and my partner without any dinner arrangements.We had paid for 7 nights half board and was only getting 6 nights. Sharon answered my call and although it was late in the afternoon and just before the shop was shutting, Sharon called and advised the hotel of our late arrival and then also advised me that the flights had been changed, I never received any notification.The On-line staff could have done what Sharon did for me, but instead turned the situation around and stated that I should have used more due diligence in organising and choosing my flights and hotel and that TUI was not responsible for the situation and could not help. They basically told me to get on with it.Outstanding service from Sharon, I would not book on-line again as the service is not there. It's also very hard to make a complaint on-line until you have returned from your holiday. Always book in store they match the on-line price. Thanks Sharon, your were a great help, and very understanding. ALWAYS SHOP LOCAL!

I cannot speak more highly of Hayley! She helped us have our dream wedding abroad. She organise not only for our travel but most of our guests to the Dominican Republic. She was unbelievably kind, communicative and helped us through the whole process. Nothing was a problem to her and we are both so very grateful to her. Thank you Hayley.

Sharron was absolutely brilliant. I was given the task of booking a holiday for my sister and her friend their 60th birthday, also myself and one other so four in all. I had the place they wanted to go, rooms numbers etc... Sharron just put it all together JUST LIKE THAT so simple and professional answered all my queries, I had a little difficultly with the booking the seats as my sister is shall I say a little claustrophobic and not a lover of flying and likes the front seats but none were available, but Sharron was able to reassure her and Sharron got the best seats she could at this particular time. All I can say Sharron has the patients of a saint thank you Sharron for all of you help. I will be back and would recommend Sharron and the team that work in the TUI Holiday Store in Clacton.

We had an utterly amazing experience with Clacton-on-Sea TUI Store. We initially popped in and spoke with a lovely young lady (Shay/Shea, sorry not sure of spelling). She was extremely helpful, polite and tentative.She provided us with a variety of options for our holiday, she did not rush us whatsoever and shared her experience to guide us. She even missed her lunch break to help us. We left the store to discuss our plans.When we returned to the store Shay was dealing with other customers (still hadn't had her lunch break) therefore we spoke with Sharron. Sharron picked up exactly where Shay had left off.We were extremely happy with the level of service, the knowledge of the staff and their passion for holidays and travel.We were so happy to have their help in booking our holiday.. we can not wait to set off.Great A** service, very polite, very friendly, very helpful and super knowledgeable... we would totally recommend using this store and we shall be returning in the near future.

Hayley was a reassuring pair of hands for my wife and I when we booked our trip this June. From start to finish we felt confident that Hayley had our best interests at heart. We didn't really know to where to go, where to stay or what to do... all of this was quickly sorted by Hayley and the team.
