Nails 4U Leeds

Love this establishment. My nails always look amazing and the staff are really friendly, always strike up a conversation. They really do go above and beyond with their service. I can only get to the shop after I finish work and they will always stay late without complain, whilst still taking their time to make sure my nails look the best. Highly recommended

Was going to give 3 stars because of the pedicure I got done. They don't have enough resources or professional equipment for a proper pedicure, the chair was quite uncomfortable and doesn't work properly for the massage. 4 stars because I did get my fingernails done and the young girl was quick and amazing. Done a good job. Shame about the lack of materials for the pedicure though.

Always do a great job, and they did again today! Fixed another salons rubbish job, and did exactly what I asked for! Spot on! I always try and go early or off peak times so that it is quiet and I don't feel bad for asking for combination designs/ colours. Great job and I always visit when I am in Leeds :))

The worst experience ever, don't even deserve 1*. Staff not experienced at all, completely ignorant, very rude and wasn't listening to what I asked for. After I asked for one nail to be re-done after she filed it too thin compared to other nails she just slapped on some more acrylic powder. Every nail turned out to look different, either too long, short, wide or too thin and nail polish was bubbly and uneven. She even started doing her own nails while doing mine, going with the same nail file between mine and her nails and then rudely asked for a payment before she puts the nail polish on as she thought I was gonna leave without paying. Absolutely unprofesional and didn't even blink when I complained, she just continued having her nails done. Never ever have I experienced such a disgusting customer service and I've been to every single nail salon in town! Made me feel very uncomfortable. Make sure to avoid this place!

I went there to do building gel extensions ( £45 ) and after 1 week 4 nails are down! They are very fast doing your nails but the quality of the products are low. On top the nails lamps are very dirty as well

They are verry rude do not take there time rush they pushed me out the door because I wasn’t willing to pay the full price the job was that bad they said horrible things in there own launge

I now understand why this salon has so many 1-star reviews.I had to get my nails done while travelling through Leeds, so I took a chance and popped in here. I sat through the grumpiest service ever. There was a language barrier too that didn't help either. The dude kept having to ask the other lady to translate whenever I asked for something. He kept grunting and speaking in another language after I gave my feedback about the way he was filing my nails, which was very unsettling. In the end I just gave up trying to communicate as it was just too exhausting. The process was painfull too, and my nails still feel sore from the excessive filing.They take only cash, which is also odd in a post Covid world. Their bank transfer details did not work either, so I had to go out and get cash. Something I haven't done since 2020!While I am not from Leeds and only went here as it was close to the train station, I am certain there are better nail salons on Leeds.

The buffing and cleaning of my nails hurt - the lady was not gentle. The design i wanted was simple but they couldnt deliver it. The quality of nail shellac was questionable. Mine chipped after 5 days - & i dont do any rough work at all!
