Was easy to book an appointment. Staff friendly and waiting room nice and spacious with view window in case you want to have a look whilst they work on your car.I had my tyre changed and it was very quick and efficient. No issues and simple visit.I will definitely use this service again.

Failed mot, was told rear discs and pads required and quoted. I fixed myself, was surprised when replacing the brakes as I felt they were fine!Mot retest failed again! This time told new brake callipers required! I didn’t take a quote. I took the van away and spent time investigating to find it actually required a hand brake cable as it had failed and was binding. 12 pound later and 30 mins of my time.Retest and passed.No accountability from the front of house staff member, he claimed that if he had replaced the brakes he would of refitted the old ones, he claimed that if he had fitted a new calliper, he would of replaced the old one. (Let not forget a brake fluid change would of been charged too)All in all this is an upselling business, that or just very poor quality mechanical quality, a guessing game.The average person who relies on the business for their specialist knowledge may easily be taken for a ride here.To put into perspective this van required a 12 pound part with 30 minutes labour.They would have had someone pay for rear brakes, then would have called to recommend a rear calliper … then a final call to replace the actual fault the handbrake cable.To clarify this is not a mot testers job to diagnose issues on a failed mot. The chap at the front is rude, claims he has a wealth of knowledge, claims he has a high customer satisfaction record, and claimed that all miss sold items would be removed with old parts fitted at no charge (apparently)A simple apology would have gone a long way but as mentioned there’s no accountability here just excuses and false claims.I was also surprised as on two occasion while we disputed he dragged customers who were near by into the conversation stating that they are happy with the service the have received. (Neither customer commented, they actually looked uncomfortable)Extremely unprofessional.The mot identifies faults, in some cases (bulbs, tyres or worn suspension components) it may be a matter of receiving a quick quote for repair.In others diagnoses is required, I wouldn’t recommend joining this company in the guessing game of replacing multiple components until a fix eventually happens.This isn’t a first time fix company in my eyes .I would like to add, after being told the calliper was required taking the van away, fixing myself and it passing. The first thing the chap at the front asked was.. “what did you do then to fix it?” It concerned me further, surly they noticed the new handbrake cable attached to the old calliper?This was my first visit as my previous mechanic left the trade.I won’t be returning and I’d urge people to be very careful if they are told they require specific work on their vehicle after a failed mot.

Only went for a new tyre and a headlight. Very friendly. Mehdi was very helpful. Waiting room with a view. Was nice to be able to see the cars getting worked on. Was advised I would be waiting about 30 mins which was fine and literally within 30 mins I had a new tyre. Would recommend these guys. Thank you Mehdi

Last time I booked my car for MOT and…Last time I booked my car for MOT and service here I drove off and found the car pulling heavily to the left. I called up immediately and Madi the manager said they had performed a wheel alignment and there was nothing wrong with the vehicle. I was late for a meeting so had to keep driving. The car was pulling heavily off to the left for over a month as I had to travel with the vehicle and was just dangerous.Then a service light came on on the dashboard so I called up Madi at F1 Services Chichester and explained the service light was on and the car needed to be booked in to be fixed. I also explained the car was still pulling heavily over to the left. Madi tried to explain that this was due to the camber of the road which was an assessment based only on idleness.Maddie said that I needed to book the car in for a full service in order to fix the service light. And after a few days, I came to collect the car and drove off spending £450 on it only to find that the service light was still off. This time I had decided to drive around the block anticipating that the job had not been done properly. I drove back to the garage and explained the service light was still on and that this was the second time into visits that I had left the premises without the car being fixed as requested and charged a lot of money. I was shouted out and told that I never reported there was a service late. Shouted out and told to leave the premises if I had this attitude. I was told to call head office if I had a problem which I did and reported Maddie to them.I’m sitting here writing this while a large scrap metal recycling truck has parked diagonally across an entrance way which would’ve otherwise let two vehicles go through. So once again I’m late for my meetings because I’m either waiting for half an hour for Maddie to stop talking to his friends and answer the phone or potentially driving a dangerous car that hasn’t been fixed as requested. This guy is a child. Do not work with him

A full service at a fairly reasonable price, but extra for pollen filter. They are certainly cheaper that main dealer price. Expect to pay more for high specification engine oil. They like to point out verbally, things that might need sorting soon, Ike wheel balancing, tracking adjustment, brake disk replacement and shock absorber replacement. You get a list of things that they have checked but without tick boxes or comments, nor listing the verbal points above. There was no written report on the wheel alignment testing either. I will go back next time.

Typical F1 auto centre, I regularly use the one in Hyperion Way in Reading and they have always been brilliant, mother had a puncture on one of her run flats during the bank holiday weekend, called them up on Sunday, and they said bring it in, couldn't do the Sunday, so they said call in first thing Tuesday morning (obviously closed for the Monday) and they should be able to get hold of some tyres that day as they were a strange size. This was done and me mother was happily driving again come tuesday afternoon, The guys were great and the price was great so happy days

Booked my car in front MOT. Unfortunately it failed. They told me about the parts that I needed were unavailable and they would be unable to do the work on the car. So I've had to book get into another garage. Once I finally got all of the work done I've tried to rebook it for an MOT. They told me that they do not book MOT retests. You just have to turn up over first thing in the morning or last thing in the evening about the phone before I turn up. A week of trying to call the garage to have no answer. Finally get hold of them today and they told me that they cannot do my retest because I am now out of time and have also told me that they cannot book me in for another week and a half to get my MOT done. For the last 4 years I've been using this garage to have work and MOT done.Eames motor repair limited just at the road is much more friendlier and are willing to actually do the work on the cars
