Beautiful little shop! The staff were very friendly and the ice creams burst with flavour! My 4 year old loved it! They will honestly make whatever you request providing they have the ingredients… iced lattes weren’t on the menu but they made me a hazelnut iced late with whipped cream and kinder bueno sauce, the nicest iced latte I have ever tasted! The shop was also very clean and tidy couldn’t fault anything.

Had an amazing experience at the Scoop company! Loads of ice cream flavours and dairy free ones too! Great Service by Maria & her team and made us feel really looked after and welcome! :D cant wait to go back!

I recently drove past this place and saw a huge queue going out the shop after which I made a mental note to visit this place soon. Quite unforgettable when you see its extremely pink exterior! Luckily I got the opportunity to visit here with the family an hour or so before they closed. Inside the place is just as pink as the outside but decorated very well. A small shop but the right size for a dessert shop given its location.There were already quite a few people sitting down but there was space for the six of us. We sat down and there were menus already on the tables. A large variety of different ice creams and dessert options greeted us and we decided to take only sample the ice creams on this occasion. (We had just had a big dinner so didn't want to overdo it!)I went up to the desk and the lovely young lady greeted me with a smile and I ordered our ice creams. I was undecided on what to have for myself and asked for a recommendation. The lady asked me a few questions regarding allergies and types of flavours and eventually recommended the millionaire something or other (sorry can't remember the full name!).A few minutes later the ice creams were ready and quite honestly, they were amazing! Good scoop sizes, well presented, quick service and of course they tasted absolutely phenomenal. Was really impressed with everything and will be going back soon!

Very pretty and clean, with good ice cream. We only go when there's no queue! As it's somewhat expensive I think the service in terms of wait time should be better, although I can't fault the friendliness of the staff. I do think there is a need for two tills or more staff behind. And, although it pains me to say so, as I love them, the 5 mini cones are very time consuming to prepare; also by the time number 5 is loaded, no number 1 is melted. I'd drop that on the next print run! Really good to see them thriving currently though I worry about winter for them. I think they are an asset to the village.

Well done girls!Taking the dogs for their ice cream a-swell as the children is a cute touch!No scrimping on the interior means it looks flawless, the ice cream was to die for and the staff are so sweet, keep up the good work :-)

Amazing decor, lovely staff and some great variety of sweet treats! Love the idea and concept. The only downfall was the price. £8.75 for an almond croissant filled with a scoop of ice cream I felt was far too much. Everything else however looks amazing, so hopefully the pricing changes slightly on that side of things.
