Ali picked up my aged parents' car and took it to a local scrap yard as it not ULEZ compliant. He was helpful, polite and efficient. Although he didn't need to, he chatted to my parents, who had been extremely anxious about saying goodbye to their beloved car and the whole process. His reassurance helped to make the experience less traumatic. Would definitely recommend Excel.
