Bupa Dental Care Trowbridge

I had a broken tooth repaired/filled which i am very happy with the result. The dentist and assistant were very professional and also lovely friendly people. The dentist explained exactly what was going to happen all the way through the process. I was extremely impressed. Should i need a dentist again i will certainly choose this one.

I am currently under the treatment of Dr Jonathan Jones here, he is the most caring, experienced and wonderful dentist. I need quite a bit of work and It’s taken me a number of years to finally come back to a dentist due to being anxious, but his big bubbly personality and the fact he is so experienced in his field just melts the concerns away. I can 100% recommend him and this very friendly practice

Thank you to Melissa and Aiyesha for their extremely polite and professional service this morning. I needed multiple fillings done at the same time along with a potential crown/route canal. The work planned was explained clearly, I was updated throughout and it was completed to a very high standard. I would happily recommend them. Keep up the great work!

I’ve been petrified off dentists for years but was put at ease by the painless treatment and lovely dentist and her assistant. I had a loose wisdom tooth which was removed easily and without any fuss. If you ever have toothache and are worried about visiting the dentist get yourself booked in here.

Jaini and Phoebe removed my tooth with little pain and fuss - they explained everything very well and I felt at ease with them. It was expensive but I can recommend the service here.

Excellent dental practice. would highly recommend. I had a cracked molar out this week, which I was not looking forward to, but both the assistant and the dentist put me at ease and the treatment was practically painless.

I was a patient here and was very happy with the care I received here - that is, until Covid happened. I was in the High Risk Category and despite having a tooth snap off at the gum line, I put up with the pain until after the lockdowns. By then another tooth had snapped and was causing even more pain, so I rang to book an appointment, only to find that they had struck me off because I hadn't booked an appointment for over 6 months. When I told them the reason why, they told me that they were open all through Covid, which I later found out was a lie, as the only dental places open were for emergencies only and they weren't one of them.I am thoroughly disgusted that practices like this are allowed to do this to their NHS patients in order to get rid of them so they can concentrate on their private patients.Practices that do this care only about profits and clearly don't care a jot for their patients, so private or NHS, be warned.

Had my second appointment today after being recommended to the practice by a friend. Jonathan Jones was first class and the practice is very friendly. Bernard, the manager, was extremely welcoming and clearly cares about the patients. The standard of the practice is high and I would definitely recommend it!

Dr. Melissa Ayres is an excellent dentist. She took the time to explain every procedure she was doing. She was very supportive, and thorough when explaining the process. She is a professional and has a naturally lovely personality. I would recommend Dr. Melissa to everyone. She is the best dentist I have ever had .
