Fantastic Post Office: excellent opening hours, fantastic staff, and a brilliant range of products available - including Creme Eggs in November!

A very bustling and helpful business which has become the heart of the community since Julia took it on a year ago. Offering essential services from Post Office to village food delivery for those in need presently. Good long opening times and a safe clean environment with new measures in place which makes you feel confident to shop here. There is an amazing selection of food whether it’s groceries, meat, veg or gift items. It’s at least halved my visits to the supermarket and the prices are affordable for most. Excellent cake, wine, meat and cheese selection. They have always responded to questions and comments productively and proactively; getting items for people when things were scarce. After all the passed 12 months has thrown at us the owner and staff here rallied to the call and provided the village and outer areas with a lifeline during lockdown, including free village delivery and boxes put up for collection. My family visit this shop regularly from other areas and not just for the Rioja! Top villager award!! Lovely Christmas stuff at the mo too!

What a superb Post Office. I went in there with 56 calendars to post, some abroad, some to recipients in the UK. Julia and Tracy dealt with me in an incredibly efficient and friendly way, making sure all items were sent that day with a proof of posting. The store had a lovely selection of groceries too, many of which are locally produced. With free, easy parking right outside, I wouldn't go anywhere else. A credit to the people running it - thank you. And thanks to Stu, the friendly Royal Mail driver who collected the post too!

Fantastic village store, stock levels are always really good and prices are competitive! Plus you are guaranteed to be welcomed with a smile from the staff!

Good shop

Always great and always open.A great selection of food, drink, household etc. A post office to that's open when the shop is. Long opening hours and free dedicated parking outside.A really good shop to visit.

I was in a sticky situation with an amazon return and I can't than J enough for her help, She was truly amazing. The service that was was provided in sorting the problem out was truly FIRST CLASS. I would more than highly recommend people to use are local village shop.
