Metro Plumb (Taunton)

I run two public houses with B&B's and I am forever in need of a good reliable plumber. I have at last found the man - Luke Potts. Luke is extremely professional, very knowledgeable and most importantly reliable. Luke has turned up for a leaking ceiling and dripping taps within a few hours, often late into the evening when he should be at home.I am in the process of upgrading my heating system and Luke is on hand to offer advice and guidance. Luke is also genuinely a nice person and has never overpriced a job, I totally trust his abilities and have never had a problem with his quality of work. I would totally recommend.

Can you imagine how stressful it is to discover a leak coming through the ceiling and down the stairs on a Saturday at 10pm? The insurance company finally gave me permission to contact my own plumber at about 11.30pm. Amazingly it was only about 15 minutes between me contacting Metro Plumb Taunton and them arriving. Within the next hour they'd found the leak and fixed the pipe. Job done! Such nice and efficient people. I will definitely keep their contact details.

Terrible experience. Called out Metro Plumb via insurance due to mains leak in kitchen. Luke Potts attended 24hrs later. Did nothing as we had turned water off in road. Did lots of talking but no action. He suggested I email him to request a quote. Clearly only interested in the call out fee of £250 via insurance and nothing else. Btw he never provided a quote for us and never replied to my email. Would NEVER use Metro Plumb again.

Well pleased with the service Ryan provided in fixing a leaking cold water pipe underneath a bath. This involved initially trying a new washer to fix but ended up, after testing, requiring replacement with new flexible supply pipes and connectors for hot and cold thereby providing a better permanent fix.

Metro Taunton installed a new boiler within 3 days of our old one packing up , what a incredible service they provided outstanding .

Ryan Edworthy of MetroPlumb really went that extra mile to attend our home. He arrived at 9.30pm and fixed out toilet flush which was very noisy. He was very efficient and tidy and solved the problem. We really appreciated the professional service.
