Mill Practice

I normally don’t write negative reviews but I was totally disappointed by the service by one of the receptionist called Michael . I phoned to ask if it was possible to get repeated proscription over phone and he asked me the details and tried todo it but he was explaining that it wouldn’t be possible next time and I said him I understand but is it possible now? Or should I come and make a request ? While asking he kept on saying do not interrupt me and I was not feeling comfortable to talk to him. He sounded unpleasant and rude, then I requested him if I can talk to someone else as I ‘m not comfortable to talk to you , he kept on asking why should I need to talk to someone? What’s the matter? Etc . I have never had a experience like this and i had to disconnect the call as he badly wanted to know what I need to talk ? Terrible service ever by him . But I would like to thank all the other staffs at reception as they do great job . They are so patient and explain everything well but Michael was terrible.

I have been with this practice a very long time,the staff on reception are brilliant.As is the nurses and doctors.

I normally won’t leave any bad reviews. However the recent male receptionist, was rather rude in two different occasions and I can see it’s not an isolated event. Please this person should be replace.He didn’t listen anything I said. When I finished he said to not interrupt him and was extremely rude.Who is this person and why he speaks like that to people he has not met? He doesn’t like his job he can work somewhere else.

Great practice but a couple of the reseptionist let it down with their abrubt manners

Tried to call and been on queue position 3 for 30 minutes. Don't get it how much time q person need to book an appointment..Trying to book an appointment with them its more difficult than you can imagine..

Just phoned you’re mill practice and the guy was really rude to me I haven’t been to my doctors in about 5 years and they make you feel like nothing is wrong with you over the phone !!! I might as well diagnose myself !!! Looks like a trip to the pharmacy to see what they say ! Very poor service and he was extremely rude !

Doctors are fine, but the repeat prescription service now takes 48 hours to process"

this is the worst surgery in Duneee my wife has been trying to get an appointment for the last week they say to phone at 8 oclock but when I do that I am told that you are in position 71 this is not good enough

Haven't been able to actually see a doctor since before the pandemic, eventually I just gave up and started self medicating due to the amount of pain I was in, nobody at this practice cares.

Absolutely pathetic practice. Customer service is the poorest I've seen. Arrogant and rush you off the phone. Unregistered me without notifying me and said i am now out their catchment area. Then went on to say my old postcode was in their catchment area but my new one isn't.......even though it is the same postcode. Spoke to AE and even they said they should have seen me. Idiots!!!
