Beautiful store run by beautiful people! Went in with a question about a coffee perculator seal... came out with a new seal (which works btw, thank you) and amazement at how attentive, friendly and kind the service was!!! Thank you so much and may all this good karma come back right at you!

Lovely company, everything in my parcel was beautifully wrapped in eco friendly paper and all the items are great quality, proper stuff. They even included some extras! This shop is what the world needs.

Love them! I broke two (2!!) coffee makers in a week during lockdown and they delivered both in record time. So helpful and sweet with fast delivery. Will only buy from these guys for my homewear :)

Really good. Stock includes my holy grail, the ever practical cork bathmat (so I no longer have to get nostalgic about the old Brighton Cork Shop).Will need to revisit now I know what they sell, not really impulse buys, just common sense items

Great products and great service. Order arrived the next day beautifully packed. I was contacted personally when there was a a blip on the website and I couldn't complete my order online. You wouldn't get that from Amazon. We should all try and support great independent businesses like this one

I've known about Utility for a while, having ordered a few bits and pieces from their website years ago, and finally got to visit the shop in person today. They stock a great range of genuinely useful, quality, homewares. I picked up a Lodge cast iron skillet lid, and a lovely turned beech dish. I must give a shout out to the gentleman working there this afternoon - not only did he give me a free bag to carry my items, but recommended a few local eateries I might try. I opted for Mange Tout and ate an excellent dinner there, so thanks for that!
