Jane Voce-Long has been AMAZING throughout our whole conveyancing process!! We have sold & purchased other properties in the past so have dealt with a few other local solicitors in town, but nobody compares to Jane and the team at Hayward Moon, they are absolutely fantastic!!We didn’t have the easiest of times with our conveyancing journey - through no fault of Jane’s. Our buyers solicitor was extremely difficult to deal with, but through each hurdle Jane knew exactly how to resolve matters. If your looking for a solicitor to get the job done then Hayward Moon are fine for that.Their service was fulfilled for what we needed and at a very high price.Being first time buyers we didn't really have a lot explained to us. We never had the chance to speak to our solicitor on the phone and if we wanted to me meet face to face we would have to pay more per meet.We was even charged for just having a isa which we sorted out and closed ourselves and then was charged ontop for paying them.I don't think we'll be using them again.

We recently were recommended to use Emma Boulton and I have to say she was simply fantastic. We had some issues with the chain and she was so quick to sort out. Emma was extremely thorough and most approachable. Her PA Catherine was also super responsive and professional. Emails and requests were dealt with promptly and well communicated by them both. I think the rest of the chain were envious of our conveyancer. Interestingly both estate agents also said we were lucky to be with Hayward Moon. Can’t recommend enough. Thanks Emma and Catherine.
