Found the service excellent!! Wandered in to collect my camping chair, phone had just died so I had no proof of purchase but Emily, who found me wondering around, helped me even though I couldn’t remember what name I’d booked it under (sometimes use my nickname, not official enough to pick things up that cost money!! Haha) and sent me to the till laughing to be greeted by Brianna, who was also helpful and gave excellent service! Said to my partner we should pop back for a look around, so thanks to those two we may be repeat customers very soon!

Terrible service. Took a tire in to get a new inner tube and tread. Came back to find the staff being unsure of what to do and screaming at the process. Damaged the expensive wheel frame by using a screw driver. Did not tell us the proper price until it was done as we were not apart of the membership.They didn't pump the tire up. The inner tube is most likely popped and the staff also said this may be the case knowing their luck". Absolutely abysmal behaviour. Yet. We still got charged for coming back with less than we came in and more damage than wear and tear. Do not go here until staff has shown more passion for their work."

Always excellent service at this store but today Sue and Will excelled. I'd forgotten my card and my email address and home address couldn't be found on the system. While i cringed with embarrassment, Sue and Will remained calm and persisted with incredible patience to eventually sort out the problem and issue me a replacement card.Most grateful and i commend them to you as exceptional ambassadors for your company.

Free parking outside, friendly and helpful staff and a large range of products, tents put up on display and other stock on display, cycle repairs and servicing on site. I have been shopping with go outdoors for years.

Resolved my query quickly and without issue. Staff were friendly and helpful especially Sue despite it being extremely warm inside all were friendly polite helpful and full of energy. Very well stocked store always has what I need

Just visited Go Outdoors Scunthorpe Branch.Customer care from the staff especially the Store Manager was outstanding. I cant applaud enough. First class service, definately worth 5 star's

I cannot stress enough that the staff in go outdoors are great and very helpful. This review is not about them but no where else to complain about the shocking service of online . Ordering a coat which has been despatched although has allegedly gone missing and as usual one is blaming the other. Why take my money and say it has been dispatched when it's not in stock. Wouldn't recommend online at all for this . Not even 1 star

I am a ramblers association member which most outdoor shops give minimum 10% discount. This store in Scunthorpe refused without purchasing their own membership card. Their prices are to gimmicky. You can certainly get the same items elsewhere for the same price without the nonsense of a card or extra app.
