Both Roy and David has been very professional from the start, Roy responded to our enquiry very quickly, and all the subsequent communication was very timely and polite. Roy provided the quote which we were happy with, and a mutually suitable date to fit both the insulation and board discussed area was arranged. Roy and David arrived on time, carried out the work efficiently and professionally, to a very high standard. We're very pleased with the quality of the work, the price was very reasonable for what we required, and both Roy and David were very pleasant to deal with. Highly recommend.

We have just bought a near derelict bungalow not lived in for nearly 2 years. After all electrical, security alarm and TV aerial work was done in the loft, I wanted the insulation doubled and the central area boarded out for storage. I found Southern Loft Boarding on the internet. Roy came along, confirmed they could do all I wanted inside a day at a most reasonable cost. It is not often one can get excited about a loft but I did when I saw the thorough and efficient job Dave and Roy had done. And the extended the boarding further than I had envisaged. I have had lofts insulated before but never as well as this one and by two such nice guys. I cannot recommend them enough. Don't look elsewhere. Just contact Dave or Roy!

Dave gave very helpful advice about what we needed, sized the job up and agreed a date to suit us. On the day, he and Roy arrived bang on time and worked like mad to get the job done. Dave and Roy visited our house to quote for the work and were able to provide pricing then and there for a partial boarding of the loft space. This included raising the joist height using timber (not loft legs as I had planned on doing myself) also then filling the new void with additional insulation. Additionally a ladder was quoted for in the price to make access easier and safer than using an old ladder I had lying around.The job was completed this week within the day; both of the guys worked swiftly and methodically - and as you can see by the picture - a neat job which now provides us with plenty of storage space and safe access via a stow-away 3 piece ladder.Highly recommended and would definitely employ their services in the future for the rest of the loft to be completed or the extension above the garage if and when it happens.Thanks both!* Vacuum is ours, by our own choosing we cleaned up a bit of the cluster fly debris prior to Dave and Roy undertaking the work

From the moment I contacted Dave to organise a quote, he was polite and friendly. He had a cracking sense of humour, so i knew straight away that i would say yes, and the price was brilliant too. Dave and Roy managed to come round quite quickly to board each side of our loft, and both were extremely professional, polite, and friendly. They arrived on time and were done after a few hours, and even cleaned up after themselves. The job was done to a really high standard and everything was explained to us throughout. Roy and Dave boarded out the entire loft of our 3 bed detached house over two days in March 2019. They gave good advice before the job and flexible on providing our own ladder to reduce costs. Both were professional yet brought their personalities meaning I felt we could trust them. I enjoyed their company as they did the work and would happily recommend them for the job they did.
