Hollywood Nails Cwmbran

Lovely place and lovely staff. The waiting time was a bit silly but my daughter was over the moon with her nails and I was very happy with mine. Prices are reasonable.

Quick efficient and strong nails… The only problem is sometimes the workers they can't understand what colour I want

The nails were filed unevenly and from underneath the nail. It was very thick and the nail tip bent upwards. Nail polish still left on my skin. Wouldnt reccomend if you want short nails.

Loved the service, went in and only waited 5-10 minutes. He called me over and I asked how much my desired nails would be and he told me £40 which is really what I expected. He did an amazing job and exactly what I wanted. I was worried about going in due to bad reviews however, I don't understand what the bad reviews are about. Perhaps it's a hit and miss?

Nails look exactly how I wanted from a picture I shown but customer service was very poor and the woman I had was very rude. and she was rushing to get my nails done now one of my nails has a huge streak as she only put on a little amount of gel. The whole experience was terrible and I felt so uncomfortable sitting there the whole time

First time visiting the other day and will not return again.The lady that did my nails (the salon owner) cut every single one of my fingers, leaving me bleeding and sore and took days to heal. My fingers just look bloody and scabby and trouble healing as the cuts keep breaking open. Such a shame, should have took better care of your customers. She also left huge globs of acrylic stuck underneath my nails that looked terrible.

The lady that did my nails was quite friendly and fast. Nails looked okay after though the acrylic is much thicker on some nails than others and it seemed rushed as another customer was waiting for her specifically. She didn't push my cuticles back as they usually do and start right from the bottom of the nails so now a week later they already look grown out.

Usually I never have a problem with Hollywood Nails and the service is quick and a good price but today was horrendous.I had a man who I haven’t seen before in the salon do my nails. The lady who runs it was constantly looking over his shoulder to check his work which was dreadful. He spent 15 minutes just gluing on the false nail and another 30 cutting them to size and putting on the thickest, messiest layer of acrylic ever on. It was under my nails in huge clumps and every nail was a different shape or length. He also used his very sharp nails to pick out acrylic from my cuticles and left my fingers extremely sore. After he had filed one hand and every nail was on a different angle, the boss had to take over, reshape every nail and finish the job. Almost 2 hours later and a very simple pair of acrylics are done.
