Terrible standard. After having the property keys from roughly 9am-7pm, and texting me to say 'the place looks really good', I could not belive my eyes when I saw cobwebs still on the ceilings, dirty woodwork, debris on carpets and more marks on the laminate flooring than before they arrived! Having employed a 'Professional Cleaner' for this end of tenancy clean was the WORST £185 EVER SPENT. It took 4 hours of my own time to bring the property to an acceptable standard.*Avoid Diamond Home Support like the plague!***EDIT JANUARY 2022**Thanks for taking the time to reply (5 years from the original review). This was booked and explained as an end of tenancy clean in 2016. Thankfully I got my security deposit back from the letting agent after cleaning it myself. Glad to hear your standards have improved.
