Very high standard and neat.The management and staff go out of there way to do creative activities with the residents .Especially during the pandemic.

Early dementia care is good. Staff are nice.They are not a nursing provision though so end stage care is poor. Pain provision is not taken seriously and they are no nurses on site to administer end of life meds. Relying on district nurses to provide this means your loved one will be left without adequate support at the end. You will need to be on the ball and educate yourself to save a load of stress at that difficult time.
