Ordered a sheet of 500 x 610 x 25mm Vermiculite. It could not have been packaged any better if it had been placed in an armoured box!!! Excellent quality and arrived within the specified time. Will definitely use again when the remaining sections require replacing.

Parts for 30 year old stove were received with no problems together with helpful advice. Will use their services again.

Ordered from their EBay store, paid for 24 hour courier and included message stating the part was needed urgently.No communication until 3rd email sent asking for tracking info on the day of expected delivery.Finally replied advising the part had been sent three days late by standard post at Christmas!No apology for the fact I’d have to cancel the order, take a day off work and make a 6 hour round trip to Glasgow to get the part so that my family and I aren’t sitting freezing with no stove all through Christmas. The stove is the only heating source in our house as I explained at point of purchase.Absolutely awful service, stay well away.

I ordered a new firebrick cut to specification and it arrived quickly (4 days). Unfortunately it was broken in transit. My phone call was answered quickly and a replacement promised. It arrived in two days. Excellent service and rerplacement now installed. My house is cosy and warm again. Thank you. Denis Robson
