I have just sold my house through, what I consider to be the best estate agents; Millerson, HAYLE. My house sale has been a long journey due to fickle buyers and a climbing market, however, I was so beautifully looked after by this professional and caring team. During all of the ups and downs of my sale over the past fifteen months, I have felt the kind assurance of this agency, looking after my best interests, which I could not fault.I have to particularly commend the Manager, Paul Le Bas, who always went beyond the call of duty, in dealing with my viewings and anything that was required in my absence to do with my property. He was always so positive during my disappointments, due to loss of sales and I can honestly say that it was his utter positivity, that got me through to a successful exchange and completion. The amount of time and effort that he put into my house sale was exceptional. He is totally dedicated to his profession whilst understanding the gambit of emotions that accompany house sales. Paul Le Bas is arguably the greatest estate agent in the country! During our recent property purchase in St Ives, he was an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Nothing was ever too much, and he always attempted to accommodate our requirements - which were plentiful given our lack of proximity to the property! Hugely personable, incredibly responsive, and highly knowledgeable, Paul is a hidden gem amongst estate agents!I was also impressed with Millersons as a whole - attentive and approachable, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure things ran smoothly. Unprofessional service and I'm not one to ever leave a bad review. Initially we were going to rent with family so had sent paperwork in prior to make life easier, then we decided to rent as couple. Viewed a property, however, it wasn't right for us and decided against it but thanked the agent for their time. We got sent back a very shirty & unprofessional email about how they had gone through great length to talk to the landlord and we are very disappointed and we will just cancel your application then!" but not once did we say we were going to apply for the property.I've been an estate agent myself and though it is a stressful job
