If you have any fears about buying a used car - you can park those fears outside when you enter Reilly Motors.Now, I’ll admit, I haven’t bought a car in quite a while, but I still know what an annoying and frustrating process it can be.Not a bit of it here though. From when I first made contact over the phone about viewing a car the whole way through to buying it. The service was first class, Robert and his dad are 2 gentlemen. Even after sales, had an issue with my car. Robert gave me a courtesy car (on a week he is closed) lifted my car on his lorry. I personally don’t think any other business would go as far as Reilly motors, would highly recommend them to anyone!

Recently sold a car and purchased another car for the 3rd time with Robert senior ... as always I was treated really well and was allowed extended test drive to ensure I was fully happy with the vehicle and that it fitted with my needs and demands for the vehicle , I can say with hand on heart that I was treated very well with kindness and respect, and achieved a good deal in a hasse free no pressure environment . Quality cars great staff and customer service bought 2 SUVs and will be back

Bought car 9 months ago, nothing but bother since then! Should have took peoples advice and stayed away from this dealership! A list of things that needed fixed on the car we bought;•window switch•sunroof•Fan belt• brake discs• brake pads• calipers• Clutch!Reillys mechanic told us months ago our clutch was failing and needed replaced, we told robert reilly senior who took our car a test run and told us the car was perfectly fine. We took it to another mechanic who told us we needed a clutch, as soon as he drove it he felt it pulling back and losing power. He also showed us how bad a condition the brakes and calipers were in. When we bought the car off reilly he told us the car had been fully serviced! Which we know now was untrue! He also urged us to take out an extended warranty to get more money from us. But was never willing to put anything through it to get things fixed. All this man sees is the £ signs, no morals or integrity! Im currently waiting on my finance company to sort the matter out. I’d urge anyone thinking of buying from this car dealer to think again or make sure at least you take a mechanic with you to check the car out first. Disgusted is an understatement!!
