The staff were really lovely and attentive despite there being other customers in there. I was served straight away no waiting around it was brill. Jen sorted out my disastrous curtain bangs and now they look fab thank you so much will definitely be coming back! x

Pleasantly surprised, lovely hairdresser. Knows how to cut long hair. Hairdressing and blow dry top notch.Only point is change the person washing your hair or retrain with basic technique. Felt as if my hair wasn't washed or rinsed properly.

I had been going there for years and finally had noticed that the hairdresser was more bothered about having a glass of wine than giving me a straight haircut. I now have asymmetrical hair, this is not what I asked for. £10 for something I didnt want. I am moving hairdressers tomorrow since I want to look nice.

Always love coming here. I have to come on a Sunday as it's my only day off and it's always such a relaxing experience. Brad is a sweetheart and the ladies here are also lovely. Never before have I come to a hairdressers and stuck to it, as I've felt uncomfortable or unsure. I love coming here though and will continue to do so!

Had an UP-DO for a wedding at Pure last Saturday. The stylist Becky did not know me or my hair but she did an amazing job. Exactly what I asked for! So much so even my hubby commented on how nice my hair looked! And the following day I still had gorgeous hair even after taking it down. Will defo go back here and can highly recommend Becky.

I cannot thank the staff at Pure latchford! Becky in particular took the with me in consultation to individualise what I wanted and how that would work.. I hadn’t had my hair done for a very long time and I was anxious about how it would look. I haven’t been a regular to having my hair done, nor had the knowledge on what I needed. Becky took the time to go through all of what she thought would work! She absolutely nailed it, I was reassured throughout and could not be happier with the outcome. My hair is now as it should be and I’m absolutely over the moon. All of the staff at pure are so lovely, they made me feel welcome & I felt they were genuinely as pleased for me as I was! Thank you pure xx
