We rang Joanna about our Puppy who is a person's terrier as we were worried by his barking and lack of recall. She quickly arranged to come and see us to try and help with the problem. Joanna is very friendly and quickly won over our puppy. Before we knew it we were heading off to the beach to try out his recall. Joanna is very professional and reassuring - we let Sykes off his lead feeling confident with Joanna by our side that we wouldn't lose him - and we didn't! Following her advice he was allowed to run free and returned to us - which was something we hadn't dared to try before. We would certainly not hesitate in recommending Joanna for any of your canine problems.

Met Joanna and her lovely boy Crawford last week. The change in Daisy since following Joanna's recommendations are amazing. Daisy is walking much better on the lead and is already less reactive to other dogs and is becoming less frustrated when on the lead. She will walk past dogs on the other side of the road without the awful barking and lunging, making us both much calmer. She loves her runs off lead and play with other dogs. I'm sure she will continue to improve.Thank you Joanna so much for your help.Rosalind and Daisy

Ongoing Red Setter anxiety while in car, panting drooling etc; Joanna advised me a while ago how to help him so he was more relaxed and a calmer dog while travelling with me; he even used to hide and run away prior to getting in which I thought was him playing, but Joanna confirmed he felt unsafe while travelling. With a few adjustments on the advice of Joanna my happy go lucky dog is actually lying down while I'm driving; calmer and not running away when I go to get my car keys!

We contacted Joanna following concerns about our dog (Luna). Luna is a four year old fox red Labrador who is very different to our previous dog Amber. Amber was very laid back and not afraid of any noises. Luna is full of energy and loves everybody, however she recently reacted quite badly to thunder, cowering in a corner (going into a shower cubicle) and appearing wide eyed, shaking and sometimes drooling. This fear of thunder then widened to other 'rumbling' sounds....the bin lorry, bins being moved, a car going past. We were worried that these reactions were getting out of hand and bit extreme so we contacted Joanna for help. At the time Joanna was very busy supporting other dogs and their owners, but she offered advice over the phone and we made an appointment to see Joanna a couple of weeks later. Joanna then had a cancellation and rang us to make an appointment to see us a week earlier. Joanna came round to her house, met with Luna, and offered lots of advice, support and reassurance on how to 'manage' Luna's noise phobia. Joanna has left us with techniques to try and the confidence that we can support Luna. Thanks Joanna, your advice has been invaluable.

Just had a session along the beach with Joanna and her lovely dog Crawford. Within the couple of hours we spent with her she had reasssured me that our little dog Dennis was a happy confident dog and had given us lots of guidance and tips to help us understand his behaviour. We are now armed with tips and confidence going forward. Thanks a million Joanna!

I contacted Joanna as I wanted help and guidance with my standard poodle puppy, Rufus. From the moment my dog and I met Joanna it was clear to see her passion and love for dogs and I knew I could put my trust in her to help us.Joanna gave me the reassurance and confidence I needed and provided many points of advice to help ensure that Rufus grows into a lovely family pet. After the session, I felt both Rufus and I had an extra spring in our step! I am looking forward to implementing the advice she gave to me.I would not hesitate to recommend Joanna to any dog owner who needs some honest and helpful advice.
