I went to this store for the first time yesterday. It was better than baguely one. The lady, who I spoke to was very very nice. She recommended me a lot of nice stuff and helped me to pick my new hamster. Very pleased with the service. On a downside, I don't drive, so if you don't, it'll be a pain to get there. Overall shopping centre is nice, not big, but bus stop is just across the road which was very convenient. Travelling wise without a car- won't recommend.

This is my go to shop for all my dogs needs. It has general shopping for multiple types of animals. Also you can groom your dog's here and also it has a Vetinary Clinic. All of the information is on their website. Great place to visit.

Wow I had to take my puppy for an emergency appointment and was greeted by the receptionist who was lovely! the vet Luis, all I can say is he is amazing very thorough, gave a full examination and a scan and provided all antibiotics for an infection. My puppy was in safe hand and I highly recommended this vet practice. Thank you for taking the time and making an effort to give my puppy a cuddle after her injections. Lovely till staff go above and beyond to help. Same woman on two occasions really helped me out. Did some magic on my phone too to give me plenty of vouchers to use there and then. Range of dog food not as good as smaller stores.

I have brought my two kittens to this practice for their first booster vaccinations. I was seen by a nurse and not even a vet. The nurse has negligently incorrectly inserted the vaccination resulting in the vaccination leaking on the table. She attempted this vaccination a second time but only part of the vaccination was administered because most of it leaked on the table for a second time. The nurse tried to blame my kitten saying that my kitten has “tough skin”. The nurse then requested for the vet to administer the vaccination for the third time. It has taken three attempts to administer one vaccination which means that my kitten is now at higher risk for complications. I reported this negligence to the manager and she responded that I failed to hold my kitten but this is a lie. The manager is covering the negligence of her employee. No sympathy for my kittens. Truly a terrible practice.

Horrible experience.The plan was to have two tiny gold fish for our new 40L fishtank. But customer service refused saying only one can be purchased as the fishtank we have not big enough for two fishes. When I objected saying why you keep in excess of 20 fishes in same size tank (enclosed image), we were told this is a temperary place for them"!We had to provide all sort of personal information such as name

Buying Fish. We needed help with fish choice and tank sizes etc. Dean was extremely helpful and friendly, he fully explained to us how to safely introduce fish to a new aquarium. Thank you so much for all your help over the last two days. The kids called one of the fish Dean! The store is well stocked and clean! It’s our go to store now for dog food/treats/toys and now fish!

Great use the vets here and Lauren on the desk is super friendly and helpful.Sharon the vet really helped my cat and made Time for the extra care he needed.Hannah also really helped with my other cat.
