I ordered named personalised boxes with balloons for a new born baby girl, specified balloons to be rose gold matching the box, i got orange, i checked at the shop and when i asked to change i was told to i have to change it at home, i was told i would have to pay for the additional balloons myself, i paid for it in full, i went home and i realised she gave me less balloons, i had to take a taxi and go back to the shop, if i didnt need the gift for the day theres no way i would've bought this, the lady was unprofessional, she wasnt friendly neither did she take any ownership of getting the balloons wrong, needless to say i will not be going there again and wont be recommending it to anyone.

The lady who owns this stall is one of the loveliest people I’ve ever met who has a heart of gold. She made a set of balloons for my little girls birthday which were beautiful, excellent value for money and amazing customer service. I know where I’ll be going for all my future party needs ☺️
