Jumpin Fun Inflatable Park Cheltenham

Absolutely loved our experience at Jumpin Fun. Every employee was friendly and professional. Our assigned staff member, Jamsine was amazing. She was attentive to our small group, she embraced and made my daughter feel special. She was ahead of the game with ensuring we received the necessary services and overall a delightful person to be associate with. Thank you helping my daughter create great birthday memories.

The kids really liked it, the hour passed so quickly. They gave it 8 out of 10. It has wheelchair access to get in the building but no lift to get up to the cafe where you can buy drinks and food and watch your children.

Where do I start. From the time we arrived to the time we left the service was fantastic. We had my daughters birthday today 23rd July at 10am, we had booked the Super Deluxe Party Package. It was slightly stressful due to children turning up that hadn't confirmed, but the young man and young lady who were on reception (I'm so sorry I don't know their names) were so helpful and understanding. We then met our lovely party lady (again can't remember her name sorry) who was also absolutely amazing, especially with the late arrivers. When the food came out I was not disappointed. In fact we took 2 whole and half a tray of cake and biscuits home with us. The party bags didn't disappoint either. I would and will be recommend Jumpin Fun to anyone that asks for a good party venue. Thank you all so much.

Came the other day with my younger brother and 2 sisters, they absolutely loved it. They had great fun on the wipeout machine and demolished the pizzas. Big respect to Josh for making the experience top notch for them all. Give that man a raise, he didn’t stop the entire session and they kept begging to go back for more

I used your place yesterday for my sons birthday party!!! He had an amazing time! Him and his friends really enjoyed themselves. The sandwhiches cakes and biscuits where amazing and well enjoyed! Thank you so much. The party host was really helpful and lovely too. Thank you for an amazing experience

Decided to try Jumpin Fun after school session as Funky Warehouse had a private function on.Liked:Plenty of staff supervising safety in the inflatable course.Decent, fun, good sized inflatable course.The swinging arms obstacle and the drop slide were favourites.Lockers for valuables (£1), toilets, cafe upstairs, decent sized car park.Didn't like so much:Cost £6 per child, which is reasonable, but I was charged £5 to go in and supervise my child on the course - I can assure you I wasn't getting anything out of it. Not even a free drink included for the adults.You need to supervise your child at all times if they are small and under 5 or so, so no chance to sit down for a cup of tea.Very cold in there - the back door was open, which seemed unnecessary and made it draughty.Not many obstacles suitable for my 3 year old except the ball pit, swinging arms, some of the obstacle course. Better for my 6 year old, who could do everything.I would go back, but it didn't work for mine (6 and 3) as well as other places.

Just had a fabulous 8th Birthday party for my Son. Very well organised, looked after very well by Elly, great food and fun had by all. The disco lights and music were an added bonus. Would definately recommend.

We went here today for the first time.We were greeted by friendly staff straight away and was told all the information we needed by the manager - where everything is and where we needed to go etc. Everywhere was lovely, clean and inviting. My 3 children watched the video before going on. I made my way up to the cafe with a great view of the whole place (and my children).The staff in the jumping area were very friendly and helpful towards all of the children. One in particular (Callum) was fantastic with them all, he spoke to them all, played games but also looked out for everyone too. He honestly looked like he was having as much fun as they were and it was lovely to see! My youngest son fell over and bit his lip, Callum made sure he was okay and then brought him up to the cafe to me. My eldest son in particular took a shine to him and even had to go and say goodbye when we were leaving. The food and drinks were reasonably priced and came out quick when ordering.Our whole experience of jumpin Fun in Cheltenham today was fantastic and I would recommend it to anyone! We're already planning our next trip!

I booked a birthday party for my toddler. The process was quick and the staff were helpful when I rang up with questions. On the day itself, they couldn't have been better. They really went above and beyond. All the staff were fantastic with the kids, helped us with little extras like putting up additional decorations, there was so much food provided as part of the package, and adults and kids all had a great time. I wouldn't hesitate to book a party here again, thank you Josmi, Ben, and all the team

We normally go to Funky Warehouse on a Thursday, as they do a Home Ed session for a couple of hours. However, our daughter wanted to try something different, so we went to Jumpin Fun. We are so glad that we did. It was really quiet (Our daughter was the only one there) and one of the staff members spent the whole time making sure that our daughter had a great time. The young lady's name was Haleemah, and she was awesome with our daughter, Darcey. She had a fantastic time, really enjoyed herself. I was eventually forced to go on the huge slide with Darcey, who found it hilarious that I kept falling over on the way up to the slide. I honestly can't say that I particularly enjoyed the decent though. The rest of the staff we spoke to, were all very friendly and seemed to be happy to work there (always a plus if you love your job). We all ate while we were there, and we have to say that the food was also superb, and delivered right on time.I think that our only complaint would be that my partner could not get to the Café. This is up a long flight of stairs, and considering my partner has to use a power chair, there was no way of getting up there, so we had to stay downstairs, which was somewhat disappointing. There is plenty of room there, so maybe access for the disabled could be a consideration at some point.Our daughter, Darcey, now wants to go to Jumpin Fun, instead of the Funky Warehouse, so that's what we are going to do. Thursdays are now Jumpin Fun" days. Thanks to all the staff
