I cannot speak highly enough of the service provided by Paolo, Sam, and the rest of the team at Bespoke Carpentry London. They installed two alcove wardrobes in our master bedroom, in addition to a bookshelves and a storage unit in our living room. All three pieces were completed on time, and to the highest standard. Three months on they are all still in exceptional condition and have transformed our new home. Paolo and his team (particularly Sam, the painter!) are highly professional, thoroughly charming and a pleasure to work with. I would recommend their services to anybody.

Having been let down by another carpentry firm and finding it hard even to get some firms to quote, I found Bespoke Carpentry London. The process from my initial enquiry through to completion of carpentry was seamless and well executed by all involved. The cupboards have been built beautifully and the team were very tidy, professional and a pleasure to have in our house. Would highly recommend! Fantastic team came over and installed a wonderfull bookshelf. No delays on delivery and installation and it came out exactly like we wanted. Design process was simple and easy to follow with a great price breakdown so you knew exactly what you were paying for with no hidden costs. Big thank you to Edoardo and Lazo who istalled the bookshelf and were also super friendly and cleaned up after the work. Highly reccomend.

I’m very happy with my built in wardrobe and alcove cupboards that the team created for me. With such a small flat it really helps keep things clear and streamlined. They were also very patient with my new puppy!

Extremely happy with the quality of our wardrobe with vanity desk & alcove unit. Pavlo & team were super responsive to any design changes asked for & we were able to get the units designed & fitted in just over a month from enquiry. The two employees who came to fit the units over two days were very friendly & I felt comfortable with them in my home - they also made every effort to keep the house clean whilst fitting! We decided not to get the units painted due to the company they outsource this to being extremely expensive & instead chose to paint ourselves.

Amazing service. They built a full mezzanine with an elevated bed, which further included a built in wardrobe, a set of drawers which doubled as stairs, and a pull out desk. The company really took the time to understand what I wanted, everyone I dealt with was so helpful and friendly, and the end result was amazing; such good quality work. I can't recommend high enough!

Wonderful experience from start to end. Under stairs storage was completed to such a high standard and we are getting compliments all the time. Extremely organised and efficient carpenter who was friendly and diligent in achieving our desired outcome. Absolutely no complaints and will keep in mind for future projects

I was extremely impressed by the professionalism and high level of workmanship of Bespoke Carpentry London, which realised a large bookcase for our living room (photo) and a wardrobe spanning a similarly sized wall in a bedroom. The entire process was well managed, from the renderings to the cost estimates to the final installation. I was particularly impressed by the level of craftsmanship among the teams of carpenters, who built everything onsite and adapted to the many quirks of our old flat, which include unlevel floors, walls, and ceilings. I was equally impressed by the company's painter, whose meticulous work allowed the quality of the carpentry to shine through. Last but not least, I would like to commend the responsiveness of Paolo, the owner, for so quickly and skillfully resolving any issues that arose over the course of project. In short, I would highly recommend this company if you want high-quality bespoke work.

Paolo and team put a beautiful fitted wardrobe in for us some two years ago. Superb work. I recently had an issue with one of the drawers not running properly and he came over on a Sunday to fix it free of charge. Exceptional service and client management. Hello, I am very happy to write this review. We had them create a closet and desk in our daughters room as well as a window seat in front of our bay window. We could not be happier with the result. Our daughter loves her new desk and we have more closet space than expected.We now love sitting in front of our bay window.Craftsmanship is excellent.We are so satisfied that we now have them building 3 more closets for our house. I would highly recommend without hesitation.
