Phil and John were fantastic cleared our mum and dad's house out. Earlier than expected which was brilliant to talk everything through with them. Made our experience easy to cope with and did it in double quick time. The house was immaculate when they had finished. Would definitely recommend. Very reasonable priced.

I arranged for John to view the property to be cleared, he was on time and very professional. He called me later with a detailed quote, explained all the costs. I arranged for a house clearance a week later, John, Phil and Phil arrived on time, van was immaculate. House totally cleared in 5 hours, they hoovered up after themselves leaving the house spotless. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Complete professional service, excellent company.

I can highly recommend Phil and John from Clear View. I was very daunted at the prospect of clearing my Dad's (big and cluttered) house after he had to go into a care home. But right from the get-go, they reassured me and assured me they could do the job. The price was reasonable too. Very happy with this service. John was very very pleasant and accommodating, double-checked instructions with me on the day to make sure we were happy (as we couldn't be there) and finished the job quickly and to a very high standard. Sent me pictures straightaway and cleaned up afterwards. Fantastic. I would definitely recommend Clearview to others - in fact, already have!

We can't speak highly enough of the service and help we got from John and Phil to clear our house in Baildon prior to sale( made more complicated as we are living in Ireland!). John was so great to deal with, incredibly flexible, professional and calm at a stressful time for us! Cleared my elderly mothers house of what I'll describe as contents accumulated over many years" - including a dead mouse! Whole house vacuum cleaned afterwards and garage swept out. Photos of "after job done" were a great reassurance of a job well done. Friendly guys and great service - always responded quickly to any contact and on the day did the clearance efficiently and sensitively.No hesitation in recommending John and Phil for this kind of work - I would definitely use again....."
