I have just finished using Newhomes to help with buying my first home and I have nothing but praise to give. Going into the process I was completely clueless. I was told by a close friend to give Newhomes a call. The first phone call was incredibly informative and the team were super friendly. Throughout the process I mainly spoke to Sophie, Laura and Katie who were incredible! Communication was always clear, all emails and phone calls were precise and professional but still friendly. Five stars ☆☆☆☆☆ We couldn't be happier with the Service New Homes Provided. I normally do this task myself but this time around it was different as I am a Director and needed special help to use retained profits to secure my mortgage. Our advisor was Rupert Robinson, Rupert has a wealth of experiences, truly listened to the circumstances, found me the right mortgage and made sure everything was prepared for the underwriters. Aside from Rupert we had additional support from admin staff to have me regularly updated on the status of the application right up until approval and advise on anything else required. Many thanks to the team and especially Rupert.

The team at New Homes have been fantastic from start to finish. They are knowledgeable, efficient and friendly and have guided and supported us through the whole process.Our case handler Megan Sheldon has been particularly outstanding. She has communicated with us most days from our application going in to us receiving the offer, updating us on its progress, explaining processes when we've been unsure and chasing the lender to get the mortgage through as quickly as possible.We had a lot of back and forth with the lender requesting different documents and wording needing to be changed, and Megan was so efficient at communicating these requests with ourselves and the developer and always chased responses to avoid delays.We've been so impressed with her hard work as well as the wider team and are so thrilled to have everything done within 4 weeks and now we can look forward to our new home. I would highly recommend New Homes Mortgages and will be using them again when it's time for our review.

New Homes were recommended to us by Taylor Wimpey during the process of buying a new house. We were firstly impressed by their flexibility, they are open 7 days a week and after 5pm which is something that is hard to come by. We were able to get an agreement in principle in no time at all. Our mortgage appointment was set up with Kate at a time that suited us, she was very thorough and informative which gave us confidence when it came to the application of our mortgage. During this process we were handed over to Megan, she was always contactable on a direct number and always replied to our emails quickly and professionally. She regularly contacted our lender to obtain an update for us. Overall I would say New Homes made the whole experience a pleasurable one. We would definitely use them again and recommend them to anybody who is looking for a mortgage.
