Luke completely changed my life, from being overweight and inactive to working out several times a week. I’m not saying it’s been easy but Luke guided and encouraged throughout my journey. Great bunch of people at classes who both encourage and support to be the best you can be. Cheers brother!

Mindfit classes and PT sessions have been part of my life now for 4 years. Initially I wanted just a couple of hours to not be ‘mom’ or ‘wife’ and to rediscover who I was.After only a few sessions (which were so welcoming) It was time to set some goals and they’ve just kept coming. Week on week the classes offer strength, conditioning, flexibility and cardio and all exercises are scalable. Luke is on hand to guide, instruct and push you as and when you need it.Alongside this, you get a great mentor and friend who has a genuine interest in the person you are and the goals you want to achieve.Absolutely recommend if you want an all round lifestyle change ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The yoga classes are both challenging and relaxing. Fitness classes are suitable for all abilities. Luke is supportive and approachable. His classes are a great way to start getting fitter and stronger, no matter your age or ability !

I've been going to Mindfit classes and yoga sessions for a few years now, and I can honestly say they have changed my life both in my physical ability and mental health. I can't thank Luke enough for the guidance and encouragement he has given me!I started as a complete novice to exercise and yoga, I never imagined I'd be able to achieve some of the exercises and yoga positions I can do now. Luke supports everyone to achieve their goals no matter how big or small.The positive, friendly atmosphere Luke and the other 'mindfiters' create makes all the difference in feeling comfortable to try new things and get involved.Classes are challenging but accessible to all abilities, Luke modifies the exercises to suit all. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
