Dragoninn chinese takeaway

Dragon inn has been popping up all week on Facebook I ordered for the first timeTonite . Mad Friday half hour delivery before the set time hot really nice food . Nice delivery guy I said I haven’t ordered a pizza food was set out on a pizza box . Will be ordering fromHere again . Good deal. Tastey food

Food never came.Ordered at 7:10pm. Called them at 8:31pm when Just Eat said the order was “delivered” for them to say it was on its way.Called again at 9:06pm. Was told again it was on its way.Called again at 9:36pm to be told again it was on the way and the driver had attempted to deliver the food and had taken it back to the shop, as well as the driver calling me 4 times.This was a lie, I was sat watching the gate camera the whole time and never once did someone ring the gate and not once did I receive a phone call.I rang back four times at 9:56pm and could not get through, but eventually got through on the fifth call to be told the driver had again tried to deliver and had rang me and knocked on the door.This itself is laughable as you can not get to my front door as there are electric gates.I confirmed my phone number with the lady (which was the right number) and explained again that no one had been to deliver and no one had called.I asked for a refund as I ordered food three hours ago and had been lied to multiple times on its delivery status. I was told I could not have a refund as the driver had attempted to deliver.I will happily send Just Eat my security footage and phone log to prove no delivery was attempted as I’m now sat here at 10:15pm with no food.Terrible service, would not recommend.

First time order after getting a leaflet through the door. The food was delicious & the portions big enough for 2 meals. Will definitely be ordering again and if you use their website the delivery charge is only £1.50.

4th November 2022. Never had a bad meal until tonight al three meals horrible. Hot water had to poured out of cartons of curry before we could put on our plates. Don't know if it was a different cook . But they have lost our custom . Won't be back.

No joke... This place just stole our money!!! Just Eat App switched our order from Dragon Inn in Minster to Dragon Inn in Dewsburry. Phoned them and they said they had delivered the food in 25 minutes... Clever as we live 267 miles away.... Thieves!!

Ordered from here for months. No issues. Food is brilliant. Always hot and tasty. Tonight however has been appalling. Ordered through the website. Order confirmed, usual if not delivered in 45 mins please contact restaurant. Went online to check after an hour. Stated order cancelled. Phoned up and the lady who answered phone stated they didn't have an order for my address and to double check because I must not have ordered. Money taken from my account but restaurant saying it's my fault. Won't be dealing with them again directly.

Food was absolutely beautiful and full of flavour. Can definitely tell its been freshly made. The only issue what we had was delivery... took for them over 2 hours. definitely will be ordering again, it was worth of waiting .

Just had my first takeaway for quite a while and I can honestly say this was absolutely delicious. The food was delivered early and it was hot. I ordered king prawn chow mein and spring rolls. The portions are huge, enough for 2 people ( although I did manage to eat it all myself) I would definitely recommend the Dragon inn for your next Chinese meal.

2 hour wait for food. Phone after 1 1/2 hours to be told on its way" after 30 minutes still nothing

Rang up at 6pm told 40 mins to an hour delivery, to then ring at 7:30pm for the lady to say “it’s on its way” near enough a 2 hour wait for food, no discount at all.
