Done family fitness sesions on saturday mornings,very friendly and welcoming trainers!My boys are now taking the kickboxing classes and they love it!Easily the best choice for a healthy exercise regime,box classes,kickboxing classes and fittness gym!Aproachable people ready to wellcome you into the big Fighting fit family,so if in search of help with fittness or boxing/kickboxing classes give them a try,you'll love it!

This gym is the best! Been going for about 4 years and have been made to feel very welcome from the first day. The circuit classes are different and challenging every time Richard and Lisa are very enthusiastic,encouraging and knowledgeable. Boxing and combat classes are great fun too. All newbies are made to feel very welcome and part of the community. I’d recommend fighting fit academy to anyone who what’s to get fit and have fun.

Me and my daughter love kickboxing with the fighting fit academy and are grading through our belts and enjoying getting fit with the team, I used to always be a gym member but since joining in 2017 with Richard I would never change how I keep fit and lose weight, best decision that I made, lots of amazing members that make you feel great about yourself and this place is my release. This is such a brilliant club. Great range of classes for every level, super friendly team of trainers who keep all the classes fresh and fun. Classes are available at lots of different times and suitable as a beginner or higher levels of fitness.

A brilliant Pilates taster session last night. Never done a class before but it was great. Could really feel exactly where it was working. Girls were friendly and clear with instructions. I'm doing it to help my posture for running and am looking forward to see results over the eight week course I've booked to make sure I have a place.

I first joined F.Fit almost 4 years ago because I wanted to improve my fitness!! Not only am I now a lot fitter than I was when I started, I've made some amazing friends along the way! My son has been kickboxing with Richard now for 3 year and he has so much more confidence in himself! XThis really is great Academy, and we really are all Family!!!!x
