Copthorne Hotel Slough-Windsor

Nice 2 night stay at the Copthorne. Hotel is big. Plenty of parking. Rooms are clean. Bed is comfortable. Bathroom is dated but its expected given how old the building is. Bit disappointed on top of paying to stay you have to pay for overnight parking and pay additional to use the swimming pool. For this reason I probably wouldn't return as there are plenty of other hotels around were guests can at the very least use the pool for free.

Conveniently located next to the M4 Junction 6. Making it easier to travel to many locations. Visiting Windsor or Lego land a great place to stay.Many of our clients enjoy staying at the hotel, they enjoy the food and hospitality and our clients use Synergy Executive Cars as we are based in Slough.

We stayed here as a part of our Legoland short break package. The hotel itself looked a bit dated however it was absolutely fine for us as we only stayed 1 night. The room was clean and spacious. The only downside was that the hairdryer stopped working after about 5 seconds of using it which wasn't surprising as I think it was older than me :) The hotel should definitely invest in updating those. We didn't have time to complain or request a new one as we needed to check out. The soundproofing in the rooms wasn't great, we could hear every sneeze in the room next to us. But apart from that, everything was fine. All the staff were very polite and friendly. Breakfast was quite basic but we all managed to find something we liked and nobody left hungry. The car park was very tight - bear in mind if you have a larger car. All in all we were satisfied with our stay.

Restaurant makes discrimination. Disability discrimination, My partner and I are disabled and I cannot eat sitting down, the day before yesterday they allowed us to take breakfast up to the room and eat it there, but today they protested against it. We told them that we are disabled, I can't sit and eat, they can clearly see that I walk on crutches with a cane... ( other people able to take!! I see people in lift with trays) Fortunately, they returned the money we paid .We take before two kinds of eggs, bacon, sausages, not cold food! You said parking separate, restaurant separate, so I don’t understand why mixing and why you write cold food?!! Other people same take the food in the room ( warm food). When you respond!, please respond clearly about my problem! Still don’t received my money back.£15 breakfast, so since I don’t have breakfast money ,what I can’t use. I'm sorry that it's bad that... I also felt very bad that at first they were understanding and allowed me to bring all kinds of hot food, even hot chocolate and even coffee, like everyone else in the hotel normally, and then to say that you can't bring food, you can't bring anything, only cold croissant ( for£15)we also have that, I replied.So my opinion it’s same human and disability discrimination. A good hotel 10 mins from Legoland and Windsor. Some elements of the room, mainly the bathroom, need updating, but the room was clean, beds comfy and quiet - great for a lie down after a long day.Great little pool - only 1.2m deep so great for the little ones, with a small hot tub, sauna and steam room.Food very good (they do the Lego buffet, where kids can make their own pizza, for an additional charge).Breakfast really good with a good selection.Highlight has to be the staff. Really helpful, polite and friendly, even bringing out a muffin with a candle when they found out it was our daughters birthday, which she loved!Definitely go back again.

Check in was excellent - we received a very warm and friendly welcome. I was made to feel a whole lot better about driving past the entrance and getting a little lost before arrival too.Departure was exactly as you'd want - quick, simple and efficient.It's safe to say that leaving Legoland Resort Hotel to stay our final night at The Copthorne wasn't what my seven year old nephew wanted to do however, the entire team made our stay absolutely fantastic. From the check in staff to the bar staff, everyone was super friendly, polite and courteous. They paid special attention to my nephew and really made his day by interacting and engaging with him - so much so that he specifically commented on how lovely everyone was.Rooms were very spacious and comfortable.

Amazing experience today with my children. Swimming pools, sauna , gym and even hot tub. Please bear in mind an adult can watch only 2 children in the pool. We stayed at many hotels but my children never felt as happy as here. The staff made my children feel confident, comfortable and happy. Amazing , friendly and professional staff well done to everyone especially the people at the breakfast. We will definitely come again and I will get a thank you card for making us feel comfortable. 5*

We were visiting Windsor for the weekend, and found this hotel approximately 3 miles away with a significant drop in hotel price, compared to central Windsor. Hotel was beautifully clean , all staff efficient and very friendly , we ate in the Indian restaurant on site which was outstanding. The buffet full English breakfast in the morning was again first class, we will definitely stay there again.

Great value for money if your visiting Legoland and want somewhere near by. It a basic dent hotel, nothing too fancy but has its own parking. Good choice for breakfast and staff were polite. We didn't use many of the facilities as we only stayed one night.

Stayed here after a day at Legoland. Would highly recommend as it wasn't far from the park. Hotel is lovely and modern, very clean and the rooms are great sizes with comfortable beds. Breakfast was great with a pancake machine which the kids loved. There was a large selection and something for everyone. All the staff we interacted with were friendly and welcoming. I'd definitely stay here again, also great for Heathrow Airport. They also have room service!
